Lost in the Blue Mountains
Rayni Rose, the dazzling Diamond of the Empire, had left the Eastern Valleys years ago after being shunned by her family for being the only child of the powerful House Valaria to not possess an ounce of magic. She thought she had finally found solace in the Capital, living behind her beautiful mask.
Yet, destiny had a different plan for her.
She was forced into a political marriage with Rexander Leonard, the might King of Warlords, and beloved champion of the people who was recently discovered to be the last descendant of House Bhukam by Temple Cordelia.
Now, Rayni is not as magic-less as people believe her to be. She holds many secrets, fearful of Temple Cordelia's wrath. One of them being her memories of her past lives, wherein all of them she tragically watched the love of her life, love another. Seeing as it was already well known that Rexander was still searching for his childhood love, the Angel he lost in the Blue Mountains, Rayni abandoned all hope of love. Fearful of yet another such fate, Rayni swears to not fall for Rexander and proposes 2 years of partnership for a lifetime of freedom.
On the course of those 2 years, Rexander and Rayni set out to restore Valkore to its former glory. They learn many things about eachother and themselves along the way. However with all that is hidden, and yet to be uncovered not everything goes to plan. And those bound by fate always end up meeting, so with the appearance of forgotten faces what will be of Rayni and Rexander?
