One Piece: The Biggest Scoundrel in Navy History

otakutales
At a Navy internal hearing, high-ranking officials interrogated the infamous "scoundrel" of the Navy, Captain Darren of the North Blue, with grave concern. “You’ve been involved in improper relationships with numerous princesses and noblewomen from the royal families of North Blue’s nations?” “Just showing care for the people.” Senior Navy Officials: … “How do you explain the absurdly high wages earned by the soldiers under your North Blue fleet?” “Do you expect them to risk their lives on the pittance from headquarters?” Senior Navy Officials: (ーー゛) “Why does the North Blue fleet have access to Germa’s technology?” “Civil-military collaboration. Germa 66 was moved by my sense of justice.” Senior Navy Officials: ( ̄o ̄) “How do you account for the unusual deaths of Celestial Dragons in the North Blue?” “Oh, that was a maritime accident… Truly unfortunate. I personally feel deeply regretful.” Senior Navy Officials: (?_??) “One last question: How do you evaluate yourself?” “I smoke, I drink, I’m greedy, lustful, power-hungry, deceitful, and wicked in every way, but I’m a damn good Navy officer.” Senior Navy Officials: ??? Garp: Damn it! I can’t take this anymore! Sengoku, don’t stop me! I’m gonna beat this brat into shape!! And so begins the story of a rebellious and fallen Navy scoundrel.

GlaringError here! As I have already mentioned in my author review I am restating it here since I am getting tons of comments about it, that I am more of a reader myself than a writer, I made this novel in an attempt to capture my fantasy world residing in my mind into words.. Writing is new for me.. The premise of my novel is inspired by many great works that I have loved over the years. And some elements I have in my novel that are slightly similar to them but it's just the skeleton of it, the real meat of the plot is entirely my own cooking. Some of the influence that is more noticeable is from The Runesmith (By Kuropon), The King's Avatar (By Butterfly Blue) and Shadow Slave (By Guiltythree). I have immense respect for these legends and I can only hope to follow in their footsteps. To all those who comment just by judging the name, at least give it a chance before letting your opinions be known. Thank you.
