A Path To Omniscience
Asher Frostvale was the sole child of the Frostvale Family. Raised in Atlas, he was groomed since birth to become the ideal heir of Frostvale Enterprises. Accustomed to a life of luxury and mingling with high society, everything seemed to be on track for him; his future was neatly mapped out before he was even conceived.
That was, at least, until his tenth birthday.
On that day, by some twist of fate and the whims of a strange cosmic being, Asher experienced something that would plunge him into a nearly four-year coma. During that time, he witnessed something horrific: a catastrophic event from the distant future that promised to plunge absolutely everything he knew into chaos.
After spending what felt like an eternity witnessing the slow collapse of the world, Asher awoke a changed person, different from the boy he once was. Even after being reunited with friends and family, his mind was fixated on one thing, and one thing alone, and that was to prepare both himself and his world to confront the looming threat by any means necessary.
Fortunately, his personality wasn't the only thing altered during his coma. His mind had become connected to a peculiar alternate space that could not only function as a mobile workshop but also allow him to assimilate any form of substantial knowledge and then surpass it.
Through this power, he would go on to achieve technological advancements never seen before and create machines, devices, and gadgets that seemed completely impossible. However, all things come with a price, and Asher's was one that would paint him as the most bloodthirsty conqueror in history.
