Yhwach was observing Valiana's match against the future Monkey King as the descendant of Lucifer was immensely enjoying herself during the fight. She was absolutely prodigious in terms of close-quarters combat and the martial arts.
Meanwhile, while she was fighting, he contemplated the method of fusing the Divine Energy and the Holy Power in his body as the Unique Skill Great Sage carried out the calculations for the fusion.
He wasn't in the mood to fight anymore, as he preferred to rest for the time being and ponder over his problem. The fact that the fusion of the Divine Energy and Holy Power was pending was something that heavily rested on him.
Without the merger happening, he wouldn't be able to reach Level 4, or he would be forced to advance without commencing the merger, and then he was rather sure that this decision would come to bite him in the ass sooner or later.
Most probably later when he reached the higher levels.
Just fifteen minutes after the match had started, Valiana had already started pushing Bikou back, as she was especially ferocious in her attacks and strikes, always aiming at the vital point because she was a pretty ruthless combatant.
Thouzgk was also taught by the Asuran Martial Art Grandmasters, so everything that she was taught was only for one single purpose.
To kill.
Neither she nor he was taught to fight for sparring or anything because when Asuras were fighting, it was always a fight where they would go all out as nothing was forbidden in the endless strife to prove who was the strongest one.
She managed to even use the Demonic Energy in a rather particular fashion as she was constantly strengthening her body with the Demonic Energy and using the Senjutsu, which was constantly elevating her physique to a higher degree.
At the same time, he was also observing how Valiana was using the Demonic Energy to learn something from it because, in a certain twisted sense, the Demonic Energy of the Devil Race was pretty similar to the Holy Power of the Angels.
Maybe because all three species had the same origin and root, even their energy was very similar, and the more he thought about it, the more convinced he was of the fact.
Lucifer created the Devils after he fell, so it was only logical that the Demonic Energy was, in a certain sense, a mixture of the Holy Power and Mana that was most probably infused with the unique energy used by the real Demons.
So, there were many things that they had in common, and thus, Yhwach started observing how she was using the Demonic Energy just from boredom and searching for the parallels between the Demonic Energy and the Holy Power.
It would also be prudent to have experimental subjects on whom he could test his theories because everything that he was doing was just his predictions or calculations done by the Great Sage.
But he would also need to verify it, as he needed hard proof that his ideas were true and working, or else the consequences would be very dangerous. Capturing some rogue Devils, Fallen Angels, and the Angels wasn't really that much of a problem for the Hindu Pantheon.
However, he would need to tone to the people responsible for the thing that he needed rogue Devils, not the Stray Devils.
Preferably, if they were able to capture some Pure-Blooded Devils either from the Old Satan Faction or someone who abandoned the Devil Factions altogether and wasn't affiliated with any of them.
In fact, that would be rather easy because neither the Devil Factions nor the Grigori, the primary faction of the Fallen Angels, were known for their strict security and high discipline, so there were many rogues from the factions.
Yhwach didn't need the Stray Devils because the Stray Devils, in most cases, meaning 99,99%, were just Reincarnated Devils, mostly humans with high aptitude for the Magic, at least compared to the rest of the humans and the human average or some other beings, or possibly hybrids.
But because of their fundamental nature as Reincarnated Beings, they were virtually useless to him, as he wanted to study only the Pure-Blooded ones who were created in the image of Yahweh and Lucifer.
Those were the most valuable research materials.
Not to mention, the Stray Devils were just grotesque monsters, and apparently, even their Demonci Energy has mutated according to that. Yhwach had to praise the genius of Ajuka Beelzebub, who installed this guarantee...
As long as the Devil betrayed his master and fled, then the Evil Piece inside the Reincarnated Devil's body would activate and start mutating it's body and soul, until the entire body and soul were utterly corrupted and were more monster than anything they were before.
This process was so thorough that nothing was spared from the former Reincarnated Devil's being, and everything was transformed into one huge monstrosity. In the end, even if the slave escaped his master, he would still die from the safeguard installed in the Evil Piece, and if not, then fate was certainly worse than death.
The sole way to avoid this was to kill the master and prevent the King Piece from activating the safeguard inside the Evil Piece or be very strong on its own and remove the safeguard from the Evil Piece, but for that, one would need to be at least at Level 4 at minimum.
Yhwach knew that this was a safety measure so the slaves wouldn't be rebelling. He found the concept of the Devil Peerages rather laughable because they made them far more damaged than beneficial.
Due to the single invention of the Ajuka Beelzebub, the Devil Race was an unspoken enemy of all factions across the world, and everyone hated them with great zeal. The best foreign relations they had with someone were natural at best.
And everyone knew that no matter how they treated or called their members of their Peerages, the slave was always a slave, especially the Reincarnated Deviuls. No matter how much strength they possessed, they would be forever just lowly slaves in front of the genius Devil Nobility.
Yhwach was just waiting for someone to be smart enough to break the restrictions of the Evil Pieces and create a method to do the same, and voa la... the New Satan Faction would have on hand such a huge rebellion where it could easily cripple their faction.
Yeah, with the addition of the Sirzechs Lucifer, Ajuka Beelzebub, and Zekram Bael, it was improbable that the rebellion would be successful; according to Yhwach, predictions, probably straight 0%, but they would still be able to slaughter an enormous part of the Devil Population.
'Maybe I don't need just the Divine Energy and the Holy Power but also some sort of catalyst to add into the equation that would guarantee success, something that is just radiating the Holy Power and the Divine Energy and made in the eye of the formation...'
As he was pondering over the possible usage of the catalyst for the formation, the spar between Valiana and Bikou came to an end when Valiana knocked out the heir of the Monkey King with one swift punch when the young Youkai wasn't paying attention.
Perhaps if he had the right catalyst for the formation, he could facilitate the perfect conditions for the merger. While it would be hard to find something that was deeply rooted in both Divine Origin and Holy Origin, he didn't doubt for a second that the forces of his Pantheon would be able to find it.
They were not the strongest faction in the Draconic Deus for nothing, obviously.
When today's spars ended, Valiana was still eager to fight, which seemed almost illogical to Yhwach, as she had been fighting since the morning, and there wasn't even one doubt of exhaustion on her.
"Yhwach, come here and let's fight. This time with everything we got."
She immediately told him after she realized that Bikou was properly knocked out. Their lessons in the Senjutsu have ended for today, and the Monkey King Sun Wukong had different matters to take care of, aside from teaching them how to use the Life Force and teaching them martial arts.
Hering that Valiana was once again pestering for a fight made him frown because he wasn't in the mood for any more training. Not everyone was training maniac like she was, but at the same time, he knew how persistent she was when she wanted to achieve something, and she didn't take no for an answer.
She would be pestering him for hours and hours until he finally relented, so it was the best decision to entertain her if she wanted and defeat her. That would most probably leave her sulking in the corner over the defeat for a few hours before she would resume her training and start pestering him to fight again.
Unfortunately enough, when they were sparring with everything they had, Yhwach was always the winner because he was much stronger than her in terms of raw power and skills.
While it was undeniable that Valiana was a very good fighter, she was still lacking compared to Yhwach, and her greatest weakness was that she was rather emotional during their fights, and she could be easily baited into making critical mistakes if one knew how to push her buttons.
Due to that, Yhwach won most, if not all, matches against her with little to no effort on his side of things.

After Yhwach provoked her a bit, she immediately got pissed off and got ready to fight without any further thought, as he chucked at the words of the White Dragon Emperor Ablion, who said from the Longinus Sacred Gear Divine Dividing.
He had to admit that the White Dragon Emperor of Supremacy was a good teacher for her despite her being extremely rash and often charging into the situation head-on. It didn't really help that this was also the most common trait among the Asuras and the other Battle Gods of the Hindu Pantheon, who adhered to the philosophy of absolute strength.
"Be quiet this time; I will win for sure!"
Valiana silenced the Heavenly Dragon that was dwelling inside her Longinus as she immediately charged at Yhwach, who watched her with an amused expression and still thought that she was pretty energic for someone who had to spar for several hours straight.
Nevertheless, he entertained her desire to fight as, with a wave of his hand, he conjured several tens of Holy Light Projectiles and shot them toward Valiana. Not only were they conjured with the Holy Light, but Yhwach had already learned how to infuse there some bits of the Divine Energy thus increasing their prowess by several levels.
At the same time, these projectiles were much harder to destroy, as Vlaiana soon enough found out when she tried to destroy the one that she couldn't effectively dodge as their power was increased by 30% and durability approximately around 50%.
"Just stop fighting like a coward!"
She screamed at him as her silver hair fluttered in the air, because she was moving at her fastest speed, trying to catch Yhwach, who was happily flying around the battlefield and baiting her into draining her energy and stamina.
If there was one trick that she often fell for, then it was this one.

Albion observed everything from the Divine Dividing as his voice reverberated through the battlefield as he found the entire situation already pretty much humiliating for his host, while Valiana got pissed off, but at the same time, she quickly attempted to compose herself.
She knew that often, when she forced Yhwach to spar against her, he would always fight in a way that annoyed her to death.
He called it psychological warfare.
A concept that she came to hate and respect at the same time because he was able to manipulate his opponent to do exactly what he wanted for his opponent to do and essentially achieve flawless and effortless victory every single time.
It was like playing chess on the battlefield.
At the same time, though, he was also "kind" enough to teach her how to deal with the people who were employing the methods and concepts of psychological warfare against their foes, and it was surprisingly easy.
She needed to use her mind at first, only then use her fists.
Still, against Yhwach, who was a master in psychological warfare, it was rather useless, but he still decided to entertain Vlaiana and prolonged their fight as he was attempting to teach her something about fighting more with the brain than a fist.
He knew that she was a bit reckless and wasn't a thinker like him, but her bad habits could be dangerous for her if she encountered a wrong foe. That was why he always focused on bringing her on the right path and controlling her urge to charge into the fighting without a proper plan.
While he wasn't really that intent on her planning every single move that she made like him, a bit of analysis and thought when it came to fighting wouldn't really hurt. It was also something that Albion wholeheartedly agreed on with him because he, too, wasn't really fond of Valiana's reckless nature and that she was a right battle maniac.
He had many hosts that had perished, especially due to this, though he also had to admit that most of them were just ordinary humans who found that they possessed the Longinus, one of the strongest and most powerful Sacred Gears in the entire Draconic Deus and yet, they got drunk on power and got themselves killed in rather stupid way.
Arrogance preceded the fall.
Still, when Valiana started using Yhwach's advice on the matter of counter-psychological warfare, the battle between them started getting prolonged, much even to Yhwach's tastes, so he started using more and more powerfully to end this entire charade as quickly as possible.

After several additional weeks, Yhwach was finishing the experiments with the captured Fallen Angels, Angels, and a few Pure-Blooded Devils from the Old Satan Faction and New Satan Faction that the Hindu Pantheon managed to capture.
Actually, capturing the Pure-Blooded Devils was much easier than one could think because many of the New Satan Factions were actually rather eager to lure people into their Peerages, even in the territory of the Hindu.
For Yhwach, he was rather mind-boggled about the situation because he wouldn't have expected the Devils of the New Satan Faction to be this kind of stupid. He even managed to capture a few High-Class Devils of the Pillar Houses himself in the outskirts of India where they were operating.
In fact, that even made some sort of mess on the political landscape because everyone knew that it was he who captured their nobles, but alas, there was nothing that they could do about it, aside from obviously screaming the name of their Satans and how he dared to capture them.
Evidently, it didn't change the situation even a bit, and they ended up strapped on the experimenting table. However, they received a visit from the Serafall Leviathan, who came to negotiate the release of their nobility because they were from the younger generation.
Unfortunately, the one she met was Indra...
Who outright told her to fuck off and threatened to smite their species if they ever appeared in India or in any territory controlled by the Hindu Pantheon. Aside from loudly complaining about the situation, they couldn't do anything about that.
Even though the Devils had three Level 8 True Form Super Devils, even if they combined their force, they were not a match for Shiva or even Indra, whose strength increased considerably during the past two years.
And the Heavenly Emperor was very eager to go to war against the Devils as he disdained their species to extremes.
Nevertheless, after he got his hands on the test subjects and had the opportunity to observe the Holy Power of Angels and Fallen Angels and also the Demonic Energy of the Pure-Blooded Devils to detail, Yhwach was able to take note of their behavior patterns.
Right now, he was in one of the isolated laboratories within Mount Kailash that were constructed for him, though this time, he wasn't alone as Valiana was accompanying him as she was rather curious about the experiment he was conducting.
Due to the time they spent together, she knew that he was carrying out some experiments on the Divine Energy and the Holy Power and their possible merger into a new form of energy.
She was even helping him with the experiments because she was a rare kind of Hybrid between Pure-Blooded Devil of the Lucifer Clan and human, while also having Divine Dividing, which gave her Demonic Energy a certain degree of Draconic properties.
"We are starting the experiment Val... if it works out, then we can use the same process on me."
Yhwach said as he looked at one of the Pure Angels strapped to the ground, surrounded by several Magic Seals, and in the middle of the Magic Array that Yhwach had arranged for this specific purpose.
He chose the Pure Angel because the structure of the Holy Power of Pure Angel was 91% similar to his own Holy Power; the remaining difference of around 9% stemmed from his heritage as half Seraph because his mother was True Seraphim.
When Angels and Fallen Angels reached Level 7 True Seraphim, their Holy Power also evolved a bit in that direction and adjusted to a new nature, as they were no longer ordinary Pure Angels or Pure Archangels.
For example the simialry between his Holy Power and the Holy Power of the Fallen Angels was lingering in something between 60% to 75%, due to the mild differences in the structure and certain corruption in the nature of Light within the Holy Power of the Fallen Angels that was included by their Fall and Vices.
"Ts... don't call me that nickname."
She had a mild blush on her face as she wasn't used to the usage of affectionate nicknames of her name. Seeing her like that always made Yhwach remember that she was still a girl no matter how tough she tried to play it.
"Whatever you say Val..."
He said with a teasing grin as he activated the Magic Array that was carefully arranged by him, and everything was in place, while both of them observed how the thing was getting together; soon enough, the Magic Array came to life and started draining the energy from the condensed Divine Energy in the form of crystal that was prepared for the procedure.
Because the Pure Angel didn't have any Divine Energy inside his body, they needed to substitute for the lack of Divine Energy from a different source.
"And it looks like it's starting, already, and the process is rather stable..."
Divine Energy and the Holy Power started fusing together, to create something new, which would be the basis for the Yhwach's merged Energy at the later date, but for the time being, he was very satisfied with the results in the Pure Angel's.
Soon enough, the body of the Pure Angel reached the saturation point, and in many parts, it also started cracking apart. The protective shield was quickly raised to protect them, but the saturation resulted in an explosion.
"Despite rather an explosive end, I can safely conclude that the experiment was a stellar success."
Indeed, it was because Yhwach managed to gather enough data for the later fusion between the Holy Power and Divine Energy. While the Pure Angel's body couldn't handle the saturation point and exploded, that was mainly because it was weak and the Divine Energy was considered foreign to its system.
for Yhwach, who had Divine Energy as part of his nature, this wouldn't be a problem, but he also took note that he would need to be careful during the fusion process because it could turn ugly.
Interestingly enough, the Magic Shield Array functioned very well; perhaps he could tell that it functioned too well, and that was something that he was especially proud about.
"You are happy..."
Valiana commented on the mess that was left in the laboratory after the body of the Pure Angel exploded because everyone was covered by blood and flesh and organs; it was rather a gruesome sight.
"Yes... the experiment showed me the perfect fusion between Divine Energy and Holy Power to a completely new type of Energy. Unfortunately, the test subject's body couldn't handle the new energy type entirely and exploded in the end, but at least I got enough samples and data for my own procedure that I would be undergoing in one month. When I finish all of the necessary data analysis, we can start on that one."
He was right now very eager to commence the merger because when that happened, Yhwach would instantly reach the Level, which would also mean that he would be reaching the Lesser God Rank in full.
Right now, he could qualify at Demigod at best, considering his parentage, even though he was much stronger than the average Demigod, as his other side was coming from Level 7 True Seraphim.
Valiana also knew that he was stalling his promotion for this very reason, as he aiwated the day when he would be able to merge both the Divine Energy and Holy Power together.
So it was no wonder that Yhwach was in such a good mood today after finally achieving success in his research, which had taken him several years.
"I will still be going through a few more experiments with more test subjects to have more data on the merger and also try it with the fallen Angels to see the differences in the procedure. Asuras caught a lot of test subjects for me, and it would be a shame to just kill them all without making full use of them."
Yhwach stated as he wished to repeat the experiment at least several times on more Pure Angles and also some fallen Angels to have more complete and accurate data on the merger process.
This was so he could certainly exclude the possibility of this one success being fluke and also have more data to predict potential complications and other trouble that may or may not arise during the process of the merger.
"Also, I have a good number of the Pure-Blooded Devils in the prisons of the Hindu Pantheon, actually more than we actually could use for anything meaningful purpose than just dropping them into the gladiatorial arena and watching them squirm... though, most of the younger generation is..."
He didn't even get to finish the sentence as he could already see Valiana scoffing, because the younger generation of the New Satan Faction was total garbage in 99% and they were extremely weak.
Most of them didn't even train their powers a weak and they were no better than most o fthe Level 2 Beings in the terms of the raw power. Though, he partially understood the reason, because for the Devil Nobility from the Pillar Houses and Extra Devil Houses, all they needed to do was just to wait.
As long as their Bloodline was strong enough, they could achieve the Level 3 High-Class Devil in two or three centuries and be on the lowest of the low at the Level 3, but for the majority of the Devils, even that was already more than enough.
They were not even a bit bothered by it, and they didn't really care about getting stronger or training. Truly a shame to the generations of old, as his mother often remembered the 1st Generation and 2nd Generation of Devil Aristocracy that were lining the Great War of the Supernatural.
And even his mother was praising many of them for their power and tenacity during the war, so he was rather sure that they would be ashamed what has become of their descendants who only knew how to drink, eat and play.

"Would it help me better to accept the Dragon's Heart in my body?"
Valiana actually wanted to undergo this process some time ago already, but refrained from doing so, because the chances of it being successful were rather low, not talking about the fact that the procedure was extremely painful and dangerous.
"From a certain sense. You known, since the last time Albion talked about the Dragon Heart creation, I was also pondering that if we could mutate your species to the direction of becoming Devil Dragon of sort... it is currently known that the most powerful Dragons could force Draconification Process, but that one is too aggressive and forceful, often resulting in madness of the sujbect."
As Yhwach was talking with Valiana bout this, suddenly the blue shining wings of the Divine Dividing has materialzied from behind her back.
[Yes, from all of my hosts, only 5 went through the Draconification Process, and three went through Phase 1 successfully, and the remaining two, while succeeding the Phase 2, eventually fell into Dragon Madness and were killed.]
This was something that Yhwach was already aware of as he had researched every single previous holder of the Longinus Divine Dividing since he had brought Valiana back to Mount Kailash.
"Exactly. The reason why they fell into the Dragon Madness was because they were humans. Once the process started, they were soon enough overwhelmed by the tremendous force of the Draconic Energy, and all of their senses went out of the charge until their minds couldn't handle it all, and they went crazy. But Valiana here doesn't have that problem that much, and if we could help it during the process, then it would be resolved entirely."
Hearing what he was speaking about made Albion pause a bit because he knew the situation was the best among them, and he found some truth in Yhwach's words. At the same time, he also trusted the young Demigod/Seraphim Hybrid because he knew that he wanted the best for his host.
[And how do you propose we solve it? While certainly one half of her is that of the Pure-Blooded Devil of the Lucifer Clan, I don't think that this would be enough to go through all of the Phases safely and without any side effects.]
Hearing that made Yhwach nod because the Heavenly Dragon was right in this one, but at the same time, not.
"I know, and because of that, we are going to use Pure-Blooded Devils that were captured and refine their bloodlines and adjust the procedure where we would be replacing the human part of yours with the Devil/Dragon Hybrid. With some luck, this could learn to complete a whole Devil Dragon Hybridization."
This was something that he had been preparing for a very long time. He was even experimenting with the Pure-Blooded Devil that were captured by the Hindu Pantheon.
[That could actually work... but that would require a lot of Pure-Blooded Devil for that endeavor... Refinement of such large quantities of Devil Essence to supplement the Heavenly Dragon Draconification would be very hard, and I doubt that you actually have that many Pure-Blooded Devils in your custody.]
What Albion has spoken was true, but also false. While it was true that the Hindu Pantheon only had a few of the Pure-Blooded Devil in their custody, not more than a few tens, that didn't mean that other Pantehons and Factions were the same.
From what he knew other Pantheons also had their fair share of the Pure-Blooded Devils that were captured. The Shinto Pantheon and Youkai especially had a good number of them.
Within Japan, the New Satan Faction had some territories, so there were many Pure-Blooded Devils, mainly from the younger generation, hunting for the Peerage Member, and they were often caught.
From the information he collected only the Shinto and Yokai were capturing them, while the Nordic Pantheon and the Celestial Court were killing the offenders on sight.
Odin nor Okhwang didn't give a shit about the New Satan Faction at all.
"We will buy more prisoners from the Shinto Pantheon, Yokai Factions if they are still alive at that time. I heard that some were captured by the Celestial Court from the Old Satan Faction. Altogether, that should be around several hundred Pure-Blooded Devil."
Yhwach already had it thought over, and he knew that if they didn't have enough Pure-Blooded Devils, they would just buy them from the other factions that had them...
Due to the arrogant nature of the Devils in their hunt for the most powerful Peeragfe, they were really fearless and didn't care whom they offended as they were reincarnating the members of the other Pantheons and factions without any care in the world.
"Are you sure it would work?"
This was the first time that Valiana spoke after she listened to the entire conversation between Yhwach and Albion. She already decided that she wanted to go through the Draconification Process because it would drastically increase her power.
In the inside, she was touched that he went through all of these problems just for her to have a better chance at increasing her power and even devised a plan for her to undergo Devil Draconification to become Devil Dragon.
