Death and the Corpse along with Drexmar and the Xeno warrions completed their mission and they headed back to Thalos. Drexmar acquired his third power gem.
"Hahahaha! These precious gems are so beautiful. No other mortal can beat me now!" Drexmar said while laughing.
"Where can we find these imbalance gems that you are talking about Drexmar? I'm loosing my patience now." Death asked Drexmar.
"Just be patient my friend, our next target is the remaining Djinn territories. We could find one there." Drexmar replied. He activated the ruby gem and flame burnt Zapper.
"Aaaaahhh! Cool it downnnn my Lord!" Zapper begged in so much pain.
"Opps, yeah yeah! This feeling is great! Hahaha!" Drexmar laughed.
"Stop that foolishness Drexmar! Remember, you wouldn't get what you without my help." Death said.
Edge helped Zapper to get up as Zapper got severely injured. The Corpse were very angry and wanted to clash with the Xeno.
"Stop that you fools? Do you think you can beat us with your weak powers? Hahaha!" Drexmar warned the Corpse.
"When are we going to lay our hands to these embeciles my Lord? They can't be trusted." Reaper whispered to Death.
"We need them Reaper, for now, we should endure everything. We will have our vengeance at the right time." Death answered.
They arrived to the place where Thalos lurks and Drexmar reported their progress to Thalos.
"We have accomplished our mission my Lord, can we go to the Djinn's territory at Syphon dimension? I can't wait to get my very first imbalance gem." Drexmar requested Thalos.
"That is indeed your next mission but let me have a word with Death for awhile." Thalos replied.
"Here he is my Lord. I am going to maintain our dimension ship for now." Drexmar said before leaving.
Thalos and Death had their private conversation and Thalos was very disappointed about Death and the Corpse defeat from Ian and the Stanforce.
"You know you disappoint me Death. How can I trust you for this mission?" Thalos said to Death.
"Please give me time my Lord. I promise to bring James to you. He is just too strong as he already know his true power." Death pleadedly asked Thalos.
"You are lucky I can still use you weakling! You are here today because I am going to instruct you for your new missions but first, before your ultimate mission, you must find the Grand Soul Gem before Drexmar, this is not one of the imbalance gems but much powerful than those. I plan to unify myself with my father in order to become the most powerful immortal that can annihilate all our rivals, the Titans. Your ultimate mission is to unseal the soul of my father by the use of that gem. After you complete those two missions, I will give the Grand Soul Gem in your possession. You must tame the Djinn who bear that gem. There is only one being who can tame the Djinn and that's you. You have the soul essence in your body because you are the ultimate weapon I have ever created." Thalos commanded Death.
"Where could I find this Godly gem my Lord?" Death asked.
"At the Forbes Wasteland." Thalos answered.
Will Ian and Death cross their own paths again? Their second confrontation will heat up soon.
