Chapter 6 - Chapter 0006 Teach You Two Moves

"I have finally achieved the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist!"

Luo Feng smiled at the sight of the overlapping fist marks on the ground.

As expected of an intermediate Yellow Grade Martial Art, the Tiger Roar Fist was more than ten times harder to practice than the Leopard Fist. Even with Luo Feng's comprehension, it took nearly six days to reach the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist, and he was still a long way from reaching the Great Achievement Realm of the fourth level.

Luo Feng was very satisfied with this result, believing no other student in his class could keep up with him.

The Yuan Qi within his body, influenced by the Tiger Roar Fist, seemed to boil and churn incessantly. Luo Feng took a deep breath and reined in his aura. He felt a slight swelling and warmth in his spleen, his eyes widening in surprise and delight.

I'm about to break through to the intermediate stage of the Cultivation Power Realm! How could this happen so quickly?

Luo Feng was a little astonished.

Ordinarily, it would take a martial artist nearly a month to progress from the early stage of the Cultivation Power Realm to the intermediate stage. Yet, he had only been in the Cultivation Power Realm for a total of six days—truly a rapid progression!

Let's see how strong I am now!

Coming back to his senses, Luo Feng took a deep breath, stirred the Yuan Qi in his body, gave a loud shout, and stomped hard on the ground.

BOOM!

The cliff trembled. Luo Feng's right foot sank half a foot into the rock, and large cracks spread like a spider's web, covering a ten-meter radius.

This... this kick probably exceeds two thousand catties in force! Luo Feng looked at his handiwork, his eyes filled with shock.

The force of this strike was already close to that of a martial artist in the late stage of the Cultivation Power Realm!

Realizing this, Luo Feng's eyes immediately filled with ecstasy.

With two more days left, he should be able to break through to the intermediate stage of the Cultivation Power Realm. By then, his strength could improve even further! His power might exceed two thousand five hundred catties!

Lin Hui, you humiliated me that day; this time, I will defeat you in front of everyone in class!

Luo Feng clenched his fists, remembering the contempt in the eyes of Lin XiaoXiao and Lin Hui a few days before. His breath quickened, and his gaze grew firm.

Recovering from his excitement, Luo Feng looked around. The cliff, damaged by his punches, was now unrecognizable.

I was planning to use these two days to pick a Light Martial Art from the Martial Arts Hall and to further practice the Tiger Roar Fist to the Great Achievement Realm. However, it seems I must postpone this plan and focus on breaking through to the intermediate stage of the Cultivation Power Realm first, Luo Feng mumbled to himself.

Over these few days of practicing the Tiger Roar Fist, he had gradually noticed the differences between it and ordinary intermediate Yellow Grade Martial Arts.

Although the Tiger Roar Fist seemed simple, it incorporated momentum into its moves. When executed, it was like an enraged dragon or a fierce tiger, exuding a domineering aura of absolute supremacy.

Luo Feng had spent six days reaching the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist. He initially wanted to push through and bring the Tiger Roar Fist to Great Accomplishment in one go, but he realized that the fourth level was not that simple.

Something seemed to be missing in cultivating the fourth level of the Tiger Roar Fist, preventing its true power from being unleashed.

Luo Feng recalled Ji Wuyue performing the Tiger Roar Fist. Using his exceptional comprehension, he reflected and pondered. He finally realized that to master the fourth level of the Tiger Roar Fist, it must be complemented with Light Martial Arts techniques. There was obviously not enough time for that in the remaining two days.

It's getting late. I'll stop here for today and continue practicing tomorrow, Luo Feng thought, looking up at the sky as he prepared to descend the mountain.

On his way down, Luo Feng contemplated the different variations of the Tiger Roar Fist. As he passed through a dense forest, his ears suddenly twitched.

He heard faint echoes of a tiger's roar coming from afar, interspersed with sharp, feminine shouts.

That's the sound of someone practicing the Tiger Roar Fist.

Luo Feng, who had practiced the Tiger Roar Fist day and night, had heard this sound thousands of times and recognized it instantly.

Indeed, someone is practicing the Tiger Roar Fist. This voice is somewhat familiar; I wonder who it is... Luo Feng hesitated for a moment, but curiosity got the better of him, and he moved towards the source of the sound.

Passing through the dense forest, the view suddenly opened up. Ahead was a pool formed by a mountain spring, surrounded by a thin mist and filled with abundant Yuan Qi.

This is an excellent place for practice.

Luo Feng admired the beautiful scenery before him. He carefully approached and peeked from behind a large tree towards the pool.

Next to the pool, a girl in a light blue dress was practicing her punches. With each movement of her fists, tiger roars echoed continuously. She was practicing the Tiger Roar Fist!

Bing Ruolan...

Luo Feng looked at the blue figure, his gaze flickering slightly.

The figure by the pool had short, ocean-blue hair. Her build was somewhat slender, yet she possessed a powerful presence. Her deep blue eyes shimmered like sapphires, and her long, strong legs gave her a clean and agile look. She was the Class President of the Silver Moon class, Bing Ruolan.

Tsk tsk, this girl is really beautiful! Her pupils are actually blue. I've heard she has the blood of the North Sea Xi Tribe in her; I wonder if it's true, Luo Feng thought, especially admiring her slender and firm legs, and couldn't help but exclaim internally.

Bing Ruolan's beauty was well-known throughout the Purple Sun School; she was one of the three greatest beauties of the outer court and was privately known as the Jade Legs Fairy.

Bing Ruolan stood facing the water, her short, pale-blue hair fluttering slightly. Although her fists seemed delicate, each punch she threw produced sharp, wind-breaking sounds. Her assertive and domineering presence stirred waves on the tranquil lake surface with the force of her punches.

After several consecutive punches, Bing Ruolan's momentum reached its peak. She raised her eyebrows, her body dipping slightly, and her right fist, like an uncaged Jiao Dragon, shot forward cleanly with a move: 'Angry Tiger Coming Out of the Cave'.

BANG!

A surreal scene unfolded. The air in front of Bing Ruolan twisted like a shattered mirror. The sound of gushing water was heard, and white ripples appeared on the surface of the pond, stretching nearly ten meters before gradually dissipating.

"Hungry Tiger Turning Back!" With another sharp cry, her voice like a clap of spring thunder, Bing Ruolan pivoted on her right foot, spinning half a circle. Her left fist traced an arc before slamming down in front of her.

WHOOM...

This punch seemed to strike a large bell, sending a dull sonic boom reverberating for miles. Even Luo Feng felt the air tremble violently.

What terrifying power! This attack is more than ten times stronger than mine! This is the strength of the fourth level of the Meridian Wheel Realm, the Rigid-Soft Realm!

Feeling the terrifying power of Bing Ruolan's attacks, Luo Feng couldn't help but lick his lips.

While astonished, a trace of doubt also appeared in Luo Feng's eyes.

The 'Angry Tiger Coming Out of the Cave' and 'Hungry Tiger Turning Back' techniques Bing Ruolan had just executed, though powerful, contained two obvious errors that significantly diminished their momentum.

"Still not coming out!?" Bing Ruolan had already sensed Luo Feng. She composed herself, her sharp gaze fixed on the giant tree where he was hiding.

Luo Feng knew he couldn't hide any longer. He scratched his head and stepped out from behind the tree.

"Luo Feng! What are you doing here?" Bing Ruolan was startled to see it was Luo Feng.

"I was just passing by and heard some noise, so I came to take a look. I didn't expect the Class President to be practicing here." Luo Feng looked at Bing Ruolan, his gaze somewhat hesitant, wondering whether to tell her about the mistakes in her Tiger Roar Fist.

Seeing Luo Feng's troubled expression, Bing Ruolan thought he was worried about his agreement with Lin Hui. She asked, "Luo Feng, the combat practice class is in two days. How are your preparations coming along?"

Luo Feng was taken aback but quickly understood what Bing Ruolan was referring to. He nodded and smiled, "They're pretty much done. Lin Hui is no match for me."

Bing Ruolan was stunned.

She had assumed Luo Feng would concede. Then, she could persuade him to ask Ji Wuyue to intercede, apologize to Lin Hui, and the matter would be settled. However, Luo Feng's answer was unexpected, leaving her momentarily speechless.

Why be so stubborn? You'll only be the one to suffer in the end... Bing Ruolan sighed inwardly, seeing Luo Feng's persistent gaze and knowing there was no room for persuasion. A look of regret appeared in her eyes.

"Class President, were you practicing the Tiger Roar Fist just now?" Luo Feng hadn't noticed the expression on Bing Ruolan's face. Recalling that Bing Ruolan had shown him kindness before, he decided to tell her about the issues with her Tiger Roar Fist.

"Yes. I've just reached the second level." Bing Ruolan nodded, a hint of pride in her bright eyes.

Although Bing Ruolan had been assessed with relatively weak Soul Power since childhood, her comprehension of Martial Arts was outstanding. In just a few days, she had cultivated the intermediate Yellow Grade Martial Art, Tiger Roar Fist, to the second level—a remarkable feat.

Bing Ruolan was confident that no one in the entire outer court could match her in terms of comprehension.

Luo Feng paused for a moment before saying directly, "Class President, there were two errors in your Tiger Roar Fist practice just now."

Hmm... What? Errors? Bing Ruolan initially nodded. Then, the words registered. She frowned at Luo Feng, a hint of displeasure on her face as she demanded, "Where were the errors?"

She had always been proud of her comprehension abilities. Now, someone had suddenly pointed out flaws in her practice method. Moreover, this person was the bottom-ranked student in their class, which made Bing Ruolan feel rather annoyed.

Luo Feng ignored the faint anger on Bing Ruolan's face and calmly continued, "The Tiger Roar Fist emphasizes momentum; it's about unifying fist and intent. When you were practicing, your punches and breathing were out of sync. Furthermore, you deliberately restrained your momentum and lacked decisiveness. Your fist momentum wasn't direct enough, causing you to lose the Tiger Roar Fist's intent of dominating all directions."

Bing Ruolan's breathing quickened slightly. She stared at Luo Feng with narrowed eyes and asked angrily, "How do you know!"

"I'm just pointing out the errors in your practice. Whether you believe me or not is up to you." Having said his piece, Luo Feng didn't want to explain further. He spoke calmly and, without waiting for Bing Ruolan's reply, turned and left.

"Show-off!" Bing Ruolan grumbled indignantly as she watched Luo Feng's retreating figure, dismissing his words as mere boasting.

Bing Ruolan was the top martial artist in the Silver Moon class, while Luo Feng's strength had always been at the bottom.

No one would believe that Luo Feng could identify the shortcomings in Bing Ruolan's practice.

She initially wanted to dismiss the incident as a joke and forget about it. However, for some reason, the image of Luo Feng's confident gaze flashed through her mind. She hesitated for a moment, a sly glint appearing in her eyes. Watching his retreating figure, she said defiantly, in a fit of pique, "Hmph, since you're so smug, I'll try practicing your way. If it doesn't work, I'll come find you to settle the score!"
