Katie Goris and Eric Crown sat on a sofa in the private ward of the intensive care unit of the hospital.
The doctor has explained that it might take her brother Steve some two to three hours before he wakes up so she can go and rest in the interim.
Katie Goris refused, she wouldn't be able to sleep not knowing if her brother had woken up after the surgery.
No...she was not going anywhere until he wakes up.
Eric Crown agreed with her but Jonathan Way was not in support. He felt Eric should have convinced Katie to go home and rest. He felt Katie who was looking very stressed needed to rest then see her child.
Eric Crown just shook his head at Jonathan Way, trying to get him to understand that Katie will be unsless to anyone at home if she doesn't know for certain that Steve woke up after the surgery.
The doctor had informed them earlier that after a successful heart surgery its critical to watch the paitent for Immediate Post-Surgery sign for next 24 hours.
