The release of the announcement threw the planet into a frenzy. Neighboring planets were excited about the challenge and the prices. Rogue players saw this as their chance to climb the rankings and break into the Top 100 of the Individual Ranking List, while the guilds immediately began discussing whom to send to the competition. The PR department of the Alliance monitored the comment section closely, aiming to prevent the fans' feud from escalating further. Hype and drama might make a post go viral, but too much of it can backfire—moderation is key. Though guilds compete fiercely, many of them are bound by friendship, and some by family ties.
"Later on, immediately post the application process for the competition. Be sure to emphasize the 'first come, first served' basis and clearly highlight the number of available slots. Multiple players have already attempted to register their names on the list, so I'm guessing they haven't read the notice on the All About the Competition page. Don't worry about the guilds, there are four teams ready to handle their inquiries. If their spokesperson accidentally strayed in our line, transfer them to either of those four teams," the Director calmly instructed them.
A chorus of "Okay, Director" echoed in the room.
"Director, someone wants to know if they can register someone else on their behalf," one of the team members stated.

Dormitory Spade, 6th Floor, Room 6-A
There are a total of four buildings within the school grounds, each standing 10 stories high. Every floor consists of five spacious rooms, and within each room are four individual bedrooms, a shared bathroom and toilet, a small living room combined with the dining area, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony. Washing your clothes isn't a problem either, as the bathroom is equipped with a 2-in-1 washing machine.
The dormitory is an optional choice for students. Most still prefer to go home rather than stay on campus, where there are many rules to follow—especially in the dormitory.
The four dormitories are named Heart, Diamond, Spade, and Club—yes, after the playing cards. Heart is designated for teachers and blue-collar staff. Diamond is exclusively for girls, while Spade is for boys. Club, on the other hand, is accessible only to the Dean and wealthy students or staff who prefer to have an entire floor to themselves. Think of the Club building as an exclusive dormitory for VIPs.
Si Fan's dorm was supposed to have three other occupants, but as mentioned, staying in the dormitories was optional. However, even if a room had no other roommates, that didn't mean it could be freely occupied. Each bedroom came with a fee that students were required to pay.
Fortunately, Si Fan wasn't the type to be curious unless something directly involved him. Even if he were, the rooms were locked and required both fingerprint and iris recognition. The technological security of the campus was top-notch, created by the best of the best, to ensure the students' belongings were safe and to prevent any outsiders from harming the students.
Right now, Si Fan was reading the information about the competition. As stated by the officials of the Alliance, the online registration was only accessible after 24 hours passed by, so the players had to wait 'till tomorrow. A live countdown was posted and pinned on the top right of the page to give awareness to the netizens.
Si Fan scrolled down and noticed a large font size with a glaring red font color stating: PLAYERS NEED TO READ THE RULES.
Players must abide with the rules set by the Alliance. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. Below are the following rules, PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY:
1. ABSOLUTELY NO CHEATING ALLOWED. That means no outside connection with your guild or any informants to assist you while in the competition. With that in mind, inspection will be done on each player before the game begins.
While it's true that only the capsule could be brought out from the Orcus, things from the outside world could be brought inside. The downside is you can only bring one item and it has to be small and can be hand-carried.
"I guess that's fair. A player who has a guild backing them will have the advantage," Luna commented, her tail swinging lazily, while browsing the rules seriously.
"Master doesn't need any help. He's already smart," Snow boasted.
Luna scoffed and retorted, "That's natural. There's no need to point out the obvious."
Si Fan, who was lifted high but the reality was he was a newbie who had no strength and skills to be proud of, was silent: "....."
Forget it. Let them brag. There are only them in the dorm anyway.
2. Players must bring their assigned number and 1 identification card to the venue, which will be announced after the registration period ended. Assigned numbers will be automatically sent to the account you used for registration. If for some reason the number wasn't issued within the day, contact our official account as soon as possible because your application will be considered by the system as invalid after two days.
3. Registering on someone else's behalf is possible, however liability will fall on the player being registered and the representative. Just a reminder, if you want someone else to register for you, please make sure you trust the person. Your account is valuable and only one can be registered on the forum, ranking lists, and the Orcus's main system.
The identities of the players are unique. The Orcus records and updates the player's information regularly. You have grown a few inches? No problem, the main system will fix it right away. You have new haircut? It will tweak your virtual appearance based on your real looks. Even twins couldn't escape the scrutiny of the main system, for it meticulously arranged the database to near perfection.
This is to prevent players from creating a dummy account, scamming gullible people on the forum, and to clearly distinguished each player.
However, even if you couldn't commit identity fraud, you could still steal the points of players if you gave the other your account and password. Changing your password midway was troublesome despite it being reprocessed within 12 hours.
