"They seen to be more argumentative,"
Judy and Lee stared over the chamber listening to the chatter around the room, they sat together laughing talking, but some had gone to an argument, Judy let out a sigh looking away from the hearing a set of footsteps head towards them, Judy saw Alex walking up to her talking with a assistant of his, the held a table with a small hologram glowing softly on his chest, Alex looked away from them seeing Judy's blue gaze on him along with Lees, he smiled walking up to them but said to his assistant,
"Get that to my desk, i will talk with you after the meeting,"
"Got it, Alex,"
Alex stopped by Judy and Lee glance between the two and then said,
"Took you guys a bit. What happened?"
"A call from Claire held us up,"
"What happened now, a god appeared before you, nephew?"
He let out a chuckle, not noticing the stunned looks from them, Judy sighed, hearing Lee holding back a giggle of her own, Lee peered at the two before going feather,
"That is what happened, Alex,"
Alex stopped, shifted his head to Judy, confused, uttering, "Really, I got it, right?"
"You did it was odd, to say the least,"
They hear a screech from a mic from the middle of the desks, they turn their gaze to the chairwoman sitting in her desk, looking around the room, wary but held a certain readiness, her gaze stopped at the three, what are they up to now? Frankie, with an unnoticeable smile, she looked away,
"Let's get this meeting started,"
The Senate started to get to their seats, and Judy, Alex, and Lee stared at one another, hearing the patter of their other constituents. Judy tells them,
"You're going forward with what you're going to say?
Alex gave her a grin confirming her suspicion he's going to help them by bombarding them with their questions, He walked away from her saying,
"I might be. You will have to see Judy and Lee what we were talking about. If you're going to do it, it better be now,"
Alex sat at his desk, taking his table, reading over what he wanted to say, Judy glanced at Lee, seeing her stare back at her,
"We better get to our seats," Lee said
Lee pats her shoulder, heading for her seat, Judy looked around the room, waiting for the stressful meeting to begin, walking to her chair next to Alex, holding her tablet close to her chest before setting it on the desk, Judy scanned around the room, they were some that focused on their written letters, whether it be paper or digital, but somewhere on them looking through there feed until Frankie hit her gavel on the desk stopping them,
"We start with the questioning on the investigation of the site of these anomalies,"
A hologram of a video beside the chamber grounds. Two figures appeared through a blue portal laced with gold. They walked out, looked around as they did, and held a weapon in the mist like a baton that glowed green. One of them looked towards the chamber at the camera, and it whispered to the other. It looked at the video and raised the baton when a light came out of it, breaking the camera. The hologram light dimmed before turning off. The cameras went to the chairwoman, she put her phone to the side, staring at the camera, and said,
"You have heard from the president about this, but as the Senate, we must act with him and the Congress,"
She glanced at her associates. They had their attention on her but also on whom she would talk to next. Judy diamond in her chair, looking at Alex talking to her, holding his tablet to show her something, she had a growing smile with Alex staring at her so softly that it could make a pillow look like a rock.
"We have looked into this phenomenon, and it's real. They have shown up more than thirteen times around the chamber and the White House thirty. They have proven themselves to be a threat and we will meet them to their standards, we have vowed to also protect you, there has been in place new technology both in mobile guns for our troops and AI powered robots that will serve under Judy Diamond."
The cameras moved to Judy, and she looked away from Alex to the cameras with a faint smile, looking earnestly into them. When Frankie continued,
"They will be over the country, probably near your state capital, looking for these phenomena, catering to them to see what they want. What's their intention, to harm us or to take us over, this is only a part of what you will hear, the continuation of the investigation in the open for the world foundation and Yuval Bates with Max Klaus, and the investigation of our own dealings, its only a scratch of what you will hear and hopefully recognize,"
"As my duty to you all, I will fulfill now the senator of Virginia, Judy Dimonad,"
Frankie moved the microphone away, and the cameras moved back to Judy. She held her head high, her blue gaze staring straight into the camera, Judy took a deep breath before speaking,
"Thank you, madam chairwoman, I have been watching this for some time, but until recently, they have been hidden under caution, which is fine. But now it's in our face. With this daunting threat and possible compatibility with them if they aren't a threat."
Judy peered around her. They stared at her, enthused. They knew what she had done before and thought she would do it again, that they were right, but this time was new. And she had little experience with them, her grip tightened on her tablet as she continued.
"These are otherworldly beings that have been here for such a long time, by our studies and what we have researched, these beings are called the figures, that have been around her since the time before we walked the earth. They have hidden themselves within us waiting for something,"
Judy pulled up a hologram with an ancient image of the figures, but a woman they talked about, she put it up in the middle of the room, having them all to see. Judy looked back at the camera and continued,
"This is what we have so far to help us explain what we could be facing, these other world being talked about watching us in this text but also waiting for a woman from another time, they have seen to be hoastail in their actions, with that there will be protection until we figure out what they are here for, and we will work tiredly to do so"
"Judy, you have two more minutes," Alex whispered beside her,
Judy glanced at him, giving him a stiff nod and looking back at the camera, Judy recalled what Claire told her of them, but if she were to tell, she must have prof of it,
"We will have more on this soon, we need more time before we can be cirtean, so i end my time giving it to the senator from Tennessee,"
Alex glanced at her shocked, they didn't say anything about this. The cameras turned to him, and Alex held his composer, giving her a thankful nod and said,
"Thank you Judy, well she did a great job explaining what we are looking into, but we have distressed matter from the past aggression from Herman,"
Alexs voice became muffled, Judy stared off at Alex leaning her head into her hand wonder how to get that information, to have it finical in her hand to show them they wouldnt believe her if she just went out and told them what they are she would be... she shouldn't care about that, Judy jolted hearing her phone vibrate in her pocket, Judy grabs her earbuds, putting on of them in her ear and answering the call,
"Mistress?"
Judy hummed, not answering, Claire took that a sign, and she saw the news footage with her sitting at the desk, stand up straight now, hiding the earbud quite well. Claire let out a huff, glancing beside her, seeing Shai resting with Hermes next to her in a chair peering at her. She stared at him doe like. Hermes smiled at her and placed his gaze on Shai,
"I wanted you to know that the figure will be back tomorrow to check on Shai. She already agreed to help with getting some information out of them,"
Judy hummed again, peering over to Alex, seeing him pull out the information he got, Judy grabbed her tablet, making it look like she's doing something as she hummed again for an answer,
"They seem to have a clue on why they're here, and Eurus told you. Is there a reason why you didn't say it?"
"They wouldnt believe me if i just threw it out there, some would believe it and other wouldnt i know i shouldn't care about it but i want more then what i have now to say it,"
"Yes, you shouldn't,"
"But i know that something else will happen. i would rather i take the blame,"
Judy glanced at Alex, then at Lee and John, "Then them,"
