Shanay POV
The next day at school I did not see Luke at all, so after school,I rushed home to start getting ready for later that day for my date with Luke. I started with my make-up,then after I was done I went over to my closet to pick out my dress. But as I walked up to my closet I noticed a bag on my bed and there was a note attached to it saying.
I would really love it if you wear this dress later.
X Luke...
Just looking at this letter gave my butterflies in my tummy. Even though I only know him for two days,I felt like I've known him forever. After I put on my dress and shoes, I took a good look at myself in the mirror and said to myself. Wow, Luke you really know how to pick out a dress for a person you only know for two days. And wait, how did he get in my house.
As I was daydreaming, looking at myself in the mirror I heard the doorbell ring. But it was only 6:50.
But yet again we proberbly need to be at the place early.
So I went to get the door and it was Luke I was really hoping that it was Luke.
"What the fuck do you want Jordan? Didn't you learn from yesterday? And I was really hoping to see someone else not you." I said
"Woh,woh,Woh Shanay don't be so harsh on me."
"Jordan please JUST LEAVE NOW."
"Oh really then, OK I will go but on one condition!"
"OK,OK what is this one condition that you want?"
As he was about to tell me he started pulling me closer to him.I will not lie to you but he always smelt really nice. Then he took my hands and put them around his shoulder then he put his arms around my waist.
"Jordan, please no I can't do this." And I started pushing him away from me,and when I finally got him away from me I see a person from the corner of my eye.
"Jordan, get the fuck away from her she's not your fucking girlfriend, you don't deserve to fucking touch her like that." Luke said to Jordan.
"Well I could say the fucking same to you. Why are the two of you fucking dressed up like you are going on a fucking date with eachother?"
"Well Jordan, Luke and I are going on a date with each other, whether you like it or not. And that's final! And you can't tell me what I can and can't do so please just LEAVE NOW!"
"Baby, are you really going to leave me just like that?"
"Umm, yes and because you never ever took me on a date and don't call me baby."
"Shanay do you know what you are, you are a bitch."
"Oh,well thank you at least I know what I am unlike you,ohh and were you adopted because you don't look like your mother and father."
After that was said he left.
"OK so Shanay are you ready for our date?"
"Well yes I am indeed ready for our date."
Then he held his arm out and I looped my arm around his. When we were walking to the car he asked
"Are you ok...did he hurt you? You don't look happy."
"No but thank you for caring for me." I said almost in tears.
"Luke..."
"Yes?"
"Can I tell you something?"
"Yes you can tell me anything love."
Okay so here goes nothing ,"You look super handsome tonight."
Then we stopped walking and I was up against his car, behind me was the car door, and he was in front of me. He could see the tears starting to find their way down my face. Then he wipes my eyes and says
"Now babe, don't cry this is our date and your make-up will get messed up. Now I don't want you looking like a mess on the date."
After he told me that he opened the door for me and then he jumped inside the car in the driver seat. When he started the car, as he put the car I reverse he took my hand in his, his fingers In between mine.
"Umm...don't you need that hand to change the gears?" I said all confused.
"For you? No, I just need one hand." He said while focusing on the road.
"Shanay, can I tell you something?" He said to me.
"Yes you can tell me anything Luke." I said back sounding confused.
"Ok...so um I'm just going to be very honest now. I find you very attractive and pretty and that's why I don't wanna go out with any other girls. To me you are the only attractive girl in school"
"But...why me?" I said to him.
"The first day I saw you I said, this girls boyfriend is so lucky to have her as his girlfriend."
Then we were at the restaurant and he opened the door for me. Then I was sandwiched up against him and the door again. He came closer to me,I could feel his warmth against my body. Our lips only just inches away from each other.
I closed my eyes then I whispered ,"kiss me now."
"Please open your eyes."
"Why?"
"Just watch and see." Then he brought his lips against mine so fast that I had to remind myself that he was kissing me. That kiss was amazing and I loved it. It was better than Jordan who couldn't give a shit about anything but sex.
"Not bad Ramjass." He said sounding very happy after that kiss.
"Oh well I could say the same to you. You can kiss someone and they have to remind themselves that they are actually kissing you.So your handsome and bonus, your a good kisser too." I said.
"Ohh well thank you. And your are also a great kisser for your first time." He said.
"I need to tell you something." I said to him.
"Yes." He said back.
"You are so handsome." My cheeks now bright red.
"Ohh...thank you ,you look pretty sexy yourself." A small blush escaped his cheeks aswell.
Then we walked into the restauant and sat down at our table. When we were waiting for our food he put out his hand and was holding mine. Oh god he is giving me butterflies in my tummy again.
"Luke..."
"Yes"
"Your giving me butterflies."
"Well...that's good." He said winking at me.
"Really?" I was so confused, and he didnt even answer my question.
Then our food came and we started eating.
After dinner,we started talking again.
"Shanay... Can I ask you a question?"
"Well sure Luke, what is it?"
"OK,so it took me a lot of guts to ask you this,so will you be mine?" He said sounding shy.
"Yes Luke, I would love to be your girlfriend. And you are the best person ever Mr. Luke Grayson."
"You are the cutest person ever Shanay Ramjass."
