"Eh?" Just as Xu Que was deep in thought, he heard a pair of gentle footsteps approaching him. He regained his senses and looked across.

Under the soft glow of the moon, the Flaming Sun Princess was walking over graciously. She had a calm demeanor across her face as her pale hands held onto two bottles of wine.

"Xu Que." She called out to him gently, her voice sounded mild and apologetic. She then carefully strode over to where he sat. She then spoke calmly, "This Princess knows you hate my Ji family. But this is a world where the strong triumphs over the weak. When you are powerless, you'll be twirled around the fingers of the strong. Even the powers of life and death can't be decided by yourself. That's exactly how this Princess feels when in your presence."

"However, those six years which we we're together, I cannot totally forget. Hence I shall drink a toast to sever our husband and wife relations once and for all. So that when you finally do kill me, you won't bear the title of wife killer as a result." After she finished speaking, she then handed the jug on her right hand over to Xu Que.

The jug on her right contained the Core Yin Yang wine. The jug on her left was just plain normal wine. Both these wine looked and smelt the same. But the one she offered was poisoned!

Although Xu Que didn't know, he wasn't going to blindly accept that jug of wine.

He looked closely at the Flaming Sun Princess and noticed that she had no emotions across her face at all. He then looked away and completely ignored her.

The Flaming Sun Princess heart fluttered. That stare by Xu Que was so cold and icy, catching her completely off guard.

Could it be that this Princess guessed wrongly? Had he discarded their relationship a long time ago? That's not possible.

The Flaming Sun Princess didn't dare to give up hope and asked out once more, "Is the reason you won't drink this wine is because you're afraid that I might poison you or that you're still upset about what happened in the past?"

Xu Que mumbled to himself before laughing out coldly, "You're thinking too much. I won't ever drink wine with two types of people. The first type are dead people and the second type are lowdown scums. You happen to fulfill both criterias, so why should I drink with you?"

"You"The Flaming Sun Princess was enraged.

The Flaming Sun Princess watched as Xu Que finished his jug of wine. Her knitted brows finally relaxed in an obvious sign of relief. She then wiped the corner of her mouth with the back of her hand and revealed a smile.

"Xu Que, looks like you haven't changed much. You're still the same naive person from before!" She laughed out.

Xu Que pretended not to understand as he frowned and replied, "What do you mean?"

"Princess" At this very moment, Zi Xuan walked over, her face was full of frowns. She looked at Xu Que once as pity and remorse was etched within her pupils.

The Flaming Sun Princess eyed Xu Que coldly and smiled fearlessly, "Xu Que, this Princess has to thank you for solving the problem of Sky Demon killers chasing after us. Although I don't know what changes you've undergone over these few months, to be able to cultivate again after being stripped of your roots and you managed to rise up to such a formidable level. Hearing these words, the Flaming Sun Princess expression turned to one of immense shock as if her well thought out planned had failed. Her face froze in horror.

Even Zi Xuan who was standing beside her had her eyes wide open in disbelief.

Xu Que then laughed out coldly, "Ji Wan Qing, Ji Wan Qing. Your heart cannot get any blacker. Youve already done me in once. Apparently, that wasnt enough for you and you had to kill me a second time. If my temper were the same as it was in the past, you would been a dead woman. However, Ive changed my mind. I wish to see what will happen to you after youve consumed your own Core Yin Yang wine."

"What What did you say?" The Flaming Sun Princess was taken aback. She looked at Xu Que in surprise as her body swayed unsteadily and she took several steps back.

Zi Xuans expression fell as well as she shouted out in shock, "Xu Que, you What have you done?"

"Nothing much. I just swapped our wines." Xu Que flicked some dirt of his shoulder and looked into the eyes of the Flaming Sun Princess as he smiled. "According to what I know, you should be feeling extremely hot and bothered right now and you feel like removing all your clothes!"

"Outrageous! You You" The Flaming Sun Princess was both enraged and stumped. Even before she could finish her sentence, she felt a strange sensation overtake her entire body as she fell into a daze.

"I warned you clearly not to pull any pranks but you refused to listen. You wanted to be smart. This is called harming yourself with your own ploys!" Xu Que laughed out as he folded his arms and leaned against a tree, ready for the show to unfold.

"Dong!" The Flaming Sun Princess could feel the full effects of the Core Yin Yang wine explode within her body. It almost felt like her entire body was on fire and she lost all her strengths to the potency of the wine. She then fell to the ground as her face started to blush a deep shade of red. Even her breathing became ragged.

"Chi-la!" She started removing all the articles of clothes on her body but she didnt have enough strength to do it. She then pulled apart her chest piece, revealing her pale and tender flesh. Her hands started moving all around her own body.

Soon after, a sound like a sigh coursed through her throat as her breathing became more distinct. Whatever icy and cold appearance she used to wear on her face had completely dissolved and disappeared.

Zi Xuan was standing by the side, completely at a loss of what to do. She then ran over to support and prop the Princess up. "Princess You Oooooo" Even before she could finish her sentence, Zi Xuan was being squeezed in a tight hug by the princess and was kissed full on her lips.

Xu Que was shocked.

The Flaming Sun Princess was trapped within a round the sphere of water which has a bluish hue over it. It was almost like a protective sphere meant to keep her from hurting herself.

"Core Water Energy? So youre from the Water Nations!" Xu Que shouted out in shock.

Zi Xuan finished her spell and turned around helplessly. She bit down hard on her lips and looked at Xu Que before falling to her knees.

"Xu Que, Zi Xuan begs you. Please save the Princess!" She pleaded as tears started to well up within her eyes.

Xu Ques face fell as he gave a cold laugh, "She asked for it by pretending to be smart. Unless Ive been kicked hard in the head by a donkey, I wouldnt save her. Letting her die this way suits me very well."

"Xu Que, as long as youre willing to save the Princess, Zi Xuan is willing to transfer you all her cultivation and spiritual roots and be your slave and servant. I will agree to do anything you wish for me to do. I beg you, please save her." Zi Xuan begged as tears rolled down her face like a torrential downpour, making promises that was hard to believe that she would keep.

She then started to hungrily kiss Xu Ques neck and face with her luscious lips.

An arm was swung across his body as she held him close. Her hands started rummaging through his robes as if she was searching for something.

Zi Xuan stood some distance away and watched the scene unfold before her. All of a sudden, she seemed to realize what was bound to happen. Her face turned red once more before she turned around and ran away.

Xu Que was almost brought back to the time when he was back in the palace and the pair of them shared a marital bed. The hungry look in the Princess eyes was exactly the same. Except

The green robed young man stared at it and activated the Fire Avoiding Emblem in his hand. It condensed into a blue colored spiralling lightscreen which immediately wrapped around his entire body. Soon after, he stepped into the crack and proceeded to pass through it without any further signs of obstruction.

"Everyone, I shall go too!"

This time, another cultivator started to move.

He stood in front of the sea of fire and took out a green lamp. The lamp was extinguished but strands of lamp oil started to rush forth after his activation of the skill. The oil covered his entire body surface and turned into a protective layer. In the midst of their conversations, a pair of cultivators walked out of the sea of fire. One after the other, the young man with the green robes was the first to arrive.

"Brother Zeng, lets not wait for him. Looks like we overestimated him. At first, we thought that he was a master of some sort. But who knew that he was just an arrogant cultivator. Hed rather stand outside without any plans than accept your kind offer. He is definitely not worth being friends with." The green robed young man shook his head as he spoke.

The others nodded gently in agreement and said, "He seemed quite admirable when he rejected your kind offer. But, when he started talking nonsense, saying that he could break this Spell in one move, all my respect for him was gone."

"Yeah. These type of people are too boastful for their own good."

"I reckon that he is currently panicking outside the Spell. Lets ignore him and go register."

Within the core of the spell, the two Sky Incense Valley female disciples heard their entire conversation.

The petite and cute-looking young lady could not help but let out a "Pfff" and started laughing loudly.

"Senior sister, looks like you have overestimated him. That black robed young man isnt as outstanding as his appearance is. He even said that he could break our Blazing Inferno Spell in one move. Hahaha!"

The tall lady nodded helplessly and let out a sigh, "Thats a pity. The good looking face he had was for naught. Who knew that he was a just a man who thought too highly of himself."

"Haha! Its been a while since Ive met someone this interesting. Compared to the male disciples and Seniors in our Sect, who are always putting on a long face and choosing to remain quiet , hes rather peculiar." The cute looking girl giggled as she looked outside of the Spell, intrigued.

The tall lady became a little unhappy and replied, "The Seniors in our Sect are just more calm. Although those type of men arent very interesting, they are more dependable. For that black robed young man outside, although he has a pretty face, with such a pompous attitude, his achievements will definitely be limited in the future. In this long road of cultivation, he will not go very far."

At this time, Xu Que was unaware that he was being made a laughing stock with people speaking about him behind his back.

The next moment, his eyes widened and his stance changed. He raised his right hand which was followed by the abrupt vibrating of the Dark Heavy Buster Sword on his back. With a Whoosh, the Buster Sword automatically flew to his palm, in which he gripped tightly.

A hurricane enveloped his entire body and his sleeves started to flutter with the wind.

Xu Que abruptly swept his Buster Sword mid-air and yelled in a deep voice,

"Mountain splitting, waves breaking, open!

"Boom!"

The Buster Sword vibrated in his hand as it started to frantically absorb Qi from its surroundings. Following this, akin to pulling a very long Chinese ribbon and with great force, along with an irresistible berserk aura, he widely swung his Buster Sword downwards in the direction of the Blazing Inferno Spell!

They looked at Xu Que once and told the men, "Reporting to my two Seniors. This guy here had split opened the entire Spell."

"Split open?" The two men were startled and turned their attention towards Xu Que.

Xu Que courteously clasped his hands in greeting, "Hello, my two brothers. My name is Hua Wu Que. May I ask where do I sign up for the Contest?"

The two men creased their brows even further.

One of them asked, "Did you break this Spell?"

"You flatter me, you flatter me!" Xu Que laughed humbly.

The mans face became a bit annoyed. He bit his teeth, "I didnt praise you!"

"Oh, my mistake, my mistake!" Xu Que laughed again.

The man groaned and reprimanded sternly, "Stop smiling at me. Do you know how valuable this spell is? How can you break this valuable spell just like that? I dont care what kind of demonic arts youve used. I just want to tell you that you can stop thinking about entering the Contest Area. For now, youll stay here and wait for our master to come. He will personally settle the debt with you for destroying our Sects Spell!"

Upon hearing that, Xu Ques smile vanished completely and was replaced by a gloomy expression.

The two pairs of male and female disciples exclaimed in unison. Their faces were filled with reverence as they paid their respects to the man in the white robe.

The white robed man nodded. His pair of enigmatic eyes turned towards the two male disciples. He faintly said, "Ive sent you two down here to check the situation and this is how you both carry out my orders?"

The two male disciples immediately lowered their heads and said at the same time, "Master, we deserved to be punished!"

"Apologize to him!" The white robed man lifted his hand towards Xu Que.

The two male disciples were stunned as they were unwilling to apologize. However, they did not in the slightest, dare to refute. While still clenching their fists, they walked and stopped before Xu Que and without any expression said, "We are sorry!"

Xu Que squinted his eyes, shook his head, and sneered, "I said to kneel, kowtow, and then apologize!"
