The would-be kidnappers were using the timing of entering the tunnels to make their move. One of them took out some sort of device, and upon pressing the device, there was a weird sound, and the lights on the train turned off, not only the lights but even the cellphones and other devices were suddenly not working.
With practiced movements, the group activated their night vision goggles. In the eerie green glow, they moved into position, silently surrounding the target. The plan was simple: take out the target and escape the train.
The leader of the group had wondered why the explosions, which were supposed to go off before this time, didn't happen.
'As expected, you can't trust amateurs. I knew we should not have done plan A in the first place.' The leader thought bitterly to himself as he got into position.
