It was one of the soldiers that took care of cleaning this area and taking care of it, another of the hundreds of them everywhere.
"Ah, it's nothing, don't worry, I cooked inside my Divine Realm and brought the food here… Would you mind giving us some privacy? I can share the food with the rest later."

He ran away rather quickly, without even looking back at us, I guess he was really shocked we had just cooked our own food or whatever, not like it mattered at the end of the day.
