After the fall of the first echo, silence returned, thick and humming. Ashen stood at the shattered remains of the Force King Rellian's essence, the broken sigil now fused to his gauntlet. The chamber twisted behind him—spirals of ruined time and collapsed power folding in on themselves.
Before him, the ground cracked open. A marble staircase descended into an abyss of light.
