[The potions research lab, Room of Requirement]
The tables were pushed to the sides to make room for the ritual. A circle with weird symbols was in the center of the room on which a boy was lying down. The circle was deep red in color and very ominous. The boy was wearing casual clothes and had a black thread tied to his wrist which led to a small pile of ash.
The boy opened his eyes slowly and held his head.
"Ahh! My body is very weak… I thought that if I just had to lie down for a while my body wouldn't need to eat or drink."
Gullululu~
His stomach shouted.
"Clearly that isn't the case." Arlo forced his body to get up, "Thankfully I had brought some cookies with me and kept them here just in case"
Arlo had a very weak body, he looked like a bony stick. His black hair and his unnatural looking black eyes were his distinguishing features. With a frail body he looked younger than he actually is, "I hope this ends things. I don't want to do anything like this."
He remembered how Liam jumped through the swarm of thestrals and even tried to fight the Creature for his friend. He looked towards the ominous circle with sadness, "What am I even doing?... I wish I had friends like that."

[Hallway, in front of the Alchemy lab]
A cat was wandering around the vicinity purring and quietly sitting in front of the door to the alchemy room.
'How long do I have to wait now…' the cat yawned.
A door magically appeared just besides the door to the alchemy room. The door opened and Arlo came out of the door sneakly.
"Where is this?... Isn't this door supposed to open near the Ravenclaw Dormitory."
The Cat slowly walked in front of Arlo and transfigured back to Professor McGonagall.
Arlo panicked and tried to run away.
{Levitate}~
Arlo's whole body was started levitating making it impossible for him to run away.
"You look so innocent, who would have thought that you would be involved in dark magic."
Arlo was in shock, "Dark magic? But…"
McGonagall shut his mouth with a spell, "Everything will be said in the headmaster's office. You will have to give all the details of what you did? The ministry may even have to get involved in this."
'THE MINISTRY…' Arlo shouted in his mind.

Snape was taken to the infirmary by Flitwick and quickly treated by madam Pomfrey. Cedric was forced to return to the dormitory as the night had fell and this wasn't time for a student to be wandering around. The dinner was about to start soon as well.
Liam was to go back to Snape's office and he was served dinner there, it wasn't confirmed that the ritual curse had been broken or not.
Even though the bracelet was broken, it was the ritual object for the possession ritual not the object for the 'Ritual of resentment.' The threat was still there. The Gryffindor student were still in a trance and were standing on a thin wall. A simple push and they will all fall in a state of madness.
Michael was not harmed much but he was just unconscious and in a state of coma and it madam pomfrey was unsure when he would wake up. But she had theorized that he will wake up as soon as he recovers his mental strength. She had given Michael a special treatment to Michael which would help him regain consciousness as soon as he could.
Liam was sitting on the small sofa in Snape's office holding his head. What he just went through was a very intense situation. He could have died if it weren't for Professor Snape.
He couldn't still believe he survived that monster.
"But what was that monster? I have read about thestrals before but never have I ever read about a creature like that. And I was able to see thestrals? I don't remember ever having seen death. So how was I able to see them? And the large creature… Cedric and Professor Flitwick weren't able to see that huge creature only I and professor Snape were able to see him.. How is that possible?"
Liam's mind was filled with many questions to which he couldn't find any answers.
"The look on professor Snape's face clearly indicated that he knew the danger of that creature. I hope he is fine…"
A elf knocked the door, "Dinner is here."
"Come in." Liam shouted from the sofa and started to clear the table of the books.
"Master mustn't do such a thing… let Scrubs do it for you." The elf named Scrub shouted as he entered through the door.
"Master???" Liam was puzzled, "Scrubs why did you call me master? isn't the master of the elves in Hogwarts the Headmaster?"
Scrubs was startled, "Uhhh Uhh noo Scrubs doesn't mean that." He started to look around, "Maste.. Liam Gremory… is Hogwarts student but Master said…"
Scrubs started to hit himself, "Bad Scrubs... Bad Scrubs… I just had one job and I can't even do a simple thing."
"Hey hey… stop hitting yourself.." Liam tried to stop the self-destructive elf.
"Ohh nooo I shouldn't let maste… I mean Liam Gremory worry." He quickly snapped his fingers.
All the books on the table flew away back into the shelves and the scattered papers arranged themselves neatly on the other table. The levitating food which was covered in a bubble softly landed on the table and a napkin flew towards Liam and wrapped itself around his neck.
Scrubs nodded, "Mast… I mean Liam Gremory must eat well." Scrubs nodded and hurriedly left.
"SCURBS WAIT!!" Liam tried to stop Scrubs from leaving but his feet were stuck to the ground and he couldn't get up.
"That elf… he clearly knows something…. I need to find him and question him."

[The Great Hall]
It was the time for dinner. All the students were waiting for the Headmaster and the professors.
"Did you hear the loud roars from the forbidden forest?? Some of the students say that they were very scared because of the loud roars coming from the forbidden forest." A student was talking with her friend.
"A Roar? If it was lout why didn't I hear anything?"
This chatter was heard by Harry who had recovered and came to eat the dinner. He saw Ron was sitting with Nevil but Hermione was sitting very far away from them.
"Harry… come here I saved a seat for you." Ron shouted from his seat.
He rushed to Ron's side.
"Are you fine? You were unconscious for a many hours." Ron asked with worry, "I just can't forgive that Gremory for doing something like this to you."
Harry was confused, "What? What are you talking about?"
"No one told you. It was Liam who enchanted your broom. That the reason why you fell. He must be quite jealous of you to do such a thing. Even if he did such a thing it was all for naught Gryffindor team still won the quidditch match." Ron was very happy, "And you were the one who made it possible?"
Harry was even more confused his head started hurting.
'Hate Liam… Hate Liam… He is bad…. Hate Liam.'
The words started to repeat in his head.
'Nooo…Liam is my friend he wouldn't do such a thing?' The pain started to get even worse.
A hand reached his shoulder, "Potter are you alright?"
