Audrey awoke feeling a heaviness in her head and called out groggily, "Uncle."
Her uncle had been taking care of her all this time, so she had grown accustomed to calling out for him.
"Audrey." Elijah's voice came through.
Audrey was startled for a moment and not fully understanding the situation, she tried to ask, "Elijah?!"
"Yes, it's me."
"How come..."
Then, Audrey remembered everything, she seemed to have been drugged by a cleaning woman. When she woke up, she was in a car and tried to force the driver to stop the car, but then she was drugged again.
"Elijah, where is Ned?"
"He hasn't woken up yet."
It turned out that on the helicopter, both Ned and Elijah had woken up. Ned cried and made a fuss, so the kidnappers, finding Ned troublesome, simply drugged him again. Elijah, on the other hand, was more behaved, staying quiet in a corner; the kidnappers thought he was scared and quiet, so they did not drug him again.
