The following day,
Caroline Edwin woke up and after washing up, she walked out of the room.
Blake Fuller had already carefully prepared breakfast.
She walked over and sat down at her seat.
Suddenly, Erwin Fuller leaned in from the side and said, "Mommy, there's a red spot on your neck. Were you bitten by a big mosquito last night?"
Upon hearing Erwin's words, Caroline's body stiffened for a moment.
She kept her composure and glanced subtly at Blake Fuller, who had just taken off his apron and walked out of the kitchen.
She opened her lips slightly and said, "Indeed, last night I was bitten by a big mosquito."
At her words, concern spread all over Erwin's fair little face.
He sniffed, "Mommy, let me blow on it for you, it'll stop hurting if I blow on it."
The little mite put on an expression of consoling a child and gently blew, as if he was treating his mommy as a delicate and fragile piece of porcelain.
Caroline's heart warmed.
