And the rook guy's previous assumption was right, since "Flash Heal" and "Restoration" have continuous effects so long as one keeps pouring mana into them, which is why Loren's body healed without the need of her casting the spell time and time again.
She only casted them again to further increase the healing, thus increasing the vitality that was being stored in her body, which resulted in her strength and toughness to improve, naturally there was a limit of how much her body could take without suffering immediate damage and past that, Loren had to use Fountain of Life to heal herself.
As of current, she could maintain the continuous usage of Flash Heal and Restoration times two before her body started suffering immediate damage, she just went beyond that to times three in order for her attacks to be directly able to cause damage to the enemy, that was the dynamic behind her "Immortal Armor".
