We're currently in the site that started it all, the core of the Cosmic Surge Event, Nansiga Province. A barren wasteland, all buildings, streets, and even the alleyways are covered in ash, the Cosmic energy that surged in the building where the convention has turned this province into an uninhabitable place.

He and other of his scientists from the S-1 Branch are doing some investigation in Nansiga Province 2 years after the Cosmic Surge Event, one year after The King's Tree Park closed off in Columbis City. They're figuring out why no one is able to enter the Nansiga Province.
