Alexa immediately flew to the North Region, to the Mage's Headquarters, to report the incident in the South Region, about the naturally-born Mage and the monster that suddenly appeared, to Mr. Scope.
"A 9-year-old naturally-born Mage, and we haven't even discovered magic 5 years ago, how did this come about?" Mr. Scope was puzzled by this.
"The monster I fought was an octopus-looking one, but it had a shrimp's head. Are there any experiments that are similar to that? It looks like it came straight out of a chimera story," Alexa said, asking Mr. Scope.
"I've banned such experiments, I established a law about it, and no one dares to break my laws, not even the United Nations." Mr. Scope walked towards Alexa to show her something.
