Because of its solid strength, no force typically wanted to clash with it, so the territory controlled by Kan Bang has always been relatively stable.
This was why Big D and the park manager felt surprised.
Hearing cannon fire elsewhere wouldn't be surprising, but in Kan Bang's territory, it was different.
