Watching a monster, shaped like a long lizard, crawl towards a corpse, Agino curled up on the ground, not daring to look again.
The trumpet-shaped sucker fully opened, revealing the sharp teeth dripping with milky white viscous fluid.
The teeth clamped onto the corpse as the sucker began to writhe continuously, slowly sucking the three-meter-long body into its ferocious gaping mouth.
Just then, as if startled by something, the creature's shiny skin instantly turned black, and the sucker fiercely opened, spitting the corpse back out.
Its tail, adorned with bone spurs, lifted up, shaking continuously like a rattlesnake, as if it were threatening some presence.
"Giggle giggle giggle~" The trembling voice grew deeper, as the monster seemed to have discovered something.
Crouching down, Agino turned his head to look behind him, only to find nothing behind him, no one was there at all.
