Immediately following, as Ruxing pressed on the umbrella handle, the broken umbrella burst open, its ribs stretching the fabric so forcefully that it tore Li Huowang's body to pieces. Dark red blood and yellow-brown river water carried his corpse downstream.
Watching Ruxing in front of him with the broken umbrella open, Li Huowang, despite his body being torn apart, found his smile growing even broader.
Suddenly, black, wriggling tentacles emerged from each piece of his corpse, quickly knoting together before pulling hard, reassembling Li Huowang's dismembered body.
"Did I say I was deceiving you, and you just believed there'd be no ambush? Couldn't you check for yourselves?"
