"Uhmm, Aya…" Felix called out, looking perplexed at the two weapons before him.
One was a sharpened sword that had an extra layer to it, glistening in the sunlight that peeked through the dust clouds above.
The other, a round plain shield with nothing but its luster being of note.
It looked a bit too ordinary, like the one a random mob would be carrying around.
It looked out of place with his array of weapons yet it turned out that it was his own.
But then how come?

"Why is there a shield here?"
[Notice. All weapons host comes in contact with have their structure analyzed and saved within the Weapons Vault for easy access]
"…So you are saying that all this while… I've had a shield?" Felix asked,
[That is correct]
His eyebrows twitched as he remained unsure of how to feel about it.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"
[I thought you naturally knew since you pulled out a sword after you understood the system]
"But I don't have any shield-related abilities."
