When Oliver entered the place where all the delinquents were gathered, he froze. Everyone was staring at him and he was scared. Even though he had been able to fight people one on one or at most five against one, this was the first time he was about to face so many people at once.
Unlike Alex, who had proper training, Oliver only knew a few boxing moves and that was it. He was very afraid, but he knew that even though Oliver was afraid and wanted to run, James would never run and would successfully rescue his comrade.
The delinquents started to surround him and were now taunting him, he could not do anything but simply stand there.
It was at that moment, when Oliver saw his classmate on the floor, he knew he had to do something. So Oliver gathered up his courage, he wanted to simply speak loud enough for the person hitting his classmate to hear, and he spoke.
"I came here for my classmate over there."
