The golden figure stepped back half a step, now appearing taller and larger.
But the figures surrounding him grew bigger and more massive, each one towering like a divine pillar of heaven, radiating an awe-inspiring authority.
They looked down at him as if he were a mere child!
Anyone could tell at a glance that they were anything but ordinary!
"You... they, they are..." The golden figure panicked, stammering as he spoke.
One on one, he felt confident in devouring that Little Golden Man.
But now, he could barely even see the Little Golden Man, let alone devour it.
He then let out a bitter smile.
He understood!
"So that's how it is, you were prepared all along,
You deliberately took them away, then let me in,
If it were outside, I might have had a chance to escape,
But once inside your Sea of Consciousness, and with it sealed off,
I have no chance of escaping at all.
A brilliant strategy of turning my own plans against me!
