The underground area became eerily silent after Triple X's severed head landed and rolled on the floor with a thud.
Only the sounds of Corey's deep breathing and the sound of blood dripping from his eyes echoed across the walls of the underground area.
Corey stood while using his Genesis Armament as support, thick veins could be seen on his forehead to the corners of his eyes which bled as the seconds went by.
His Tri-Pupil Eyes receded and his Eyes of Dreams and Nightmares appeared, and Corey closed his eyes in pain.

The sound of footsteps drifted into Corey's ears but his eyes remained closed.
"Are you okay?"
Divine's voice drifted into his ears, and Corey just nodded without saying any other thing. Thick veins could still be seen on his forehead and his expression was one of pain.
Meanwhile, Divine had a concerned expression when he saw Corey's expression.
