Chapter 410 - Chapter 407: Unexpected Duo

After punishing my stupid little sister for the idiotic idea of allowing the flame of Madness to reside inside her, I had forbidden her from leaving her room for one month, which caused her to pout with a teary-eyed expression while she rubbed her bright red butt, yet I hadn't budged so she could only accept my punishments with a sigh.

"Tsk, this stupid girl; what was she thinking? Was she thinking? Tsk, doubtful." Muttered Elif quietly as he watched Elaine walk through their residence, only to shake his head while glancing at Maxim, who was still kneeling.

"As for you, Maxim, do not get tricked by Elaine again." Stated Elif sternly as he narrowed his eyes at Maxim, who nodded with his head lowered in shame.

Dismissively waving my hand at Maxim, prompting him to stand up and follow behind Elaine, I heaved a deep sigh as I leaned against the chair while closing my eyes.

"Haa, this is outrageous; that stupid girl must've done it when we were getting punished." Muttered Elif with a sigh as he rubbed his face while glancing at Illumia, who nodded though remained silent.

"Illumia, please tell me you know of something good that comes from housing the Flame of Madness within your body." Asked Elif with slight hope as he looked at Illumia, who closed her eyes for a few moments with a thoughtful expression.

"Her strength will increase once she learns how to properly wield the Flame of madness." Replied Illumia hesitantly as she looked at Elif, whose expression twitched, only for him to sigh deeply.

"Haa, so other than the obvious, nothing good will happen? That is wonderful news, Illumia." Remarked Elif sarcastically as he lovingly smiled, only for him to scoff as he propped his head on his hand while gazing out into the distance.

"How long until the madness begins to set in?" Asked Elif softly as he glanced at Illumia, who furrowed her brows.

"It depends on the person, Your Highness; some of them have managed to last a few million years, while others only a few decades. I believe it's tied to your dao heart and state of mind; someone like you, Your Highness, would probably never be corrupted; your pride simply wouldn't allow it to happen, but someone like Sarah–" Replied Illumia as she gazed at Elif while standing beside him, only for Sarah to boldly interrupt her.

"Hmph, what about me?" Asked Sarah with a slight frown as she narrowed her eyes at Illumia, who didn't continue and merely glanced at Elif, who nodded in understanding.

"I suppose that is understandable; however, now that you mention it, isn't there a chance Elaine will never be corrupted as well? Elaine is already, well, a little… unique." Remarked Elif lightly as he tapped his chin before glancing at Illumia with a curious gaze while she and Sarah's expressions twitched.

"Unique? That is the word you choose, your Highness? Not demented, mad, or crazy?" Asked Sarah blandly as she folded her arms and eyed Elif, who shamelessly nodded, causing her to roll her eyes with a sigh while Illumia nodded.

"That is a question someone more knowledgeable than me must answer, your Highness." Said Illumia, her words causing Elif to nod while he tapped his chin.

While this was all interesting, I figured now was a better time than any to return home and have someone, as Illumia said, more knowledgeable inspect Elaine's condition, not to mention with the Triad constellations, we will conduct trade with the Aether Realm residences.

With that set in my mind, I stood up and floated into the air, flying towards Cordelia's nearby mountain to dispel my anger with a light spar; however, when I arrived, instead of being greeted by the lustful Suscila, I sensed Cordelia and surprisingly, Aurora's Qi coming from her training grounds.

Slowly descending to the ground, landing somewhat near Suscila, who thankfully hadn't noticed me as of yet, though as I watched the battle between the two, I noticed that their Immortal will was stronger than before; it was a little hard to notice given the rampant Qi and the fact they weren't using it, but I could still sense it hidden deep within them.

"Woah, I can't even tell what is happening." Muttered Sarah softly in awe as she gazed at the battle before her, seeing nothing but the aftershocks of Qi attacks colliding.

Ignoring Sarah, I folded my arms and intently watched them, well, mainly Aurora, as I've seen him fight the least, and I'd like to get a handle on his fighting style, though just from his movements, I could tell he wasn't hiding a portion of his strength and the same could be said for Cordelia; however, considering we're both swordsmen, I've got a far deeper insight on her strength.

Suddenly narrowing my eyes, I watched how a small piece of Aurora's Qi destroyed Cordelia's; it was such a small and insignificant piece that during the heat of a battle, it would go unnoticed, though as a bystander, I clearly saw it. Unfortunately, he never used it again, so I was left a little unfulfilled, but I would simply search through the royal library when I returned home.

"Haa, that was a wonderful fight, Cordelia; truly, your swordsmanship skills are outstanding." Stated Aurora, with a lovely smile as he looked at Cordelia, who merely responded with a friendly expression, annoying him.

"I appreciate your praise, Aurora, and I must say the same about you as well; your prowess was Impressive." Replied Cordelia with a slight smile as she sheathed her sword while summoning a silk cloth from her dimension ring, which she used to wipe her hands.

Once they finished complementing each other, they both turned and approached us, unsurprised at my appearance.

"Ah, Elif, what a surprise; I wouldn't expect you to be here. I hope the show Cordelia and I put on was to your liking." Remarked Aurora with a faint smile as he looked at Elif, who raised an eyebrow while nodding.

Opting to ignore his blatant lie of not knowing I was present, I nodded in response to his words.

"It was good." Said Elif lightly, his words causing Cordelia and Aurora's expressions to twitch at how genuine his compliment sounded.

"I thought it was spectacular! I don't know if I've ever seen a more wonderful battle in my life!" Said Suscila with a large smile as she tightly hugged Cordelia, who gently patted her shoulder with a wry expression, prompting her to set her down while her focus shifted to Elif.

"Um, I-I also found the battle to be exceptional; the both of you were beyond incredible." "You said earlier that you couldn't tell what was happening, did you not?" Remarked Sarah and Elif, respectively, as the former praised Aurora and Cordelia while the latter shook his head, causing the former to blush in embarrassment at his words.

"Hahaha, I appreciate your earnest words, Sarah… Truly, I do." Said Aurora with a faint smile as he lightly bowed to Sarah, who nodded with a smile while Elif furrowed his brows.

"Anyways, it seemed I had come at a bad time, so I'll leave." Said Elif lightly as he glanced between Aurora and Cordelia before flying into the air, only for Suscila to suddenly grab his feet, preventing him from flying any higher.

"W-Wait, Elif, y-you can always stay!" Said Suscila anxiously as she raised her head and sweetly smiled at Elif, who was mere moments away from smacking her into oblivion.

"Hmph, have some class; Ms. grabbing the feet of my Prince isn't very respectful, nor is it ladylike." Said Sarah with a cough as she narrowed her eyes at Suscila, who furrowed her brows and released Elif's feet while boldly approaching her.

"And, who are you?" "Me? I'm His Highnesses childhood friend." Stated Suscila and Sarah, respectively, as the former pressed her chest against the latter, who did the same while they stared into each other's eyes.

"Hmph, well, for the record, 'childhood friend', I've been kissed by Elif; what about you?" "Ho, merely a kiss? I get the pleasure of seeing him naked every day." Remarked Suscila and Sarah, respectively, as the former scoffed before proudly smirking, only for the latter to grin as she further puffed her chest in pride.

"I, too, get to see him naked every day." Said Suscila with a grin, her words causing Sarah's eyes to briefly widen, only for her to awkwardly cough.

"S-So, you, um, also have that crystal ball?" "Y-Yes." Said Sarah and Suscila, respectively, as they both lowered their heads in shame at the revelation, only for them to smile.

"Which picture is your favorite? Mine is the one when he is drying his hair; there is a perfect detail of his massive manhood and his superb butt." Asked Susclia with a faint smile as she looked at Sarah while quietly whispering to her, causing her to rapidly nod with a smile.

"That one is great, but my favorite is when he just exits the bath, you get to see his manhood at full mast, and it's just so delicious." Remarked Sarah with a lustful gaze as she looked at Suscila, who nodded with a lustful smile.

"You two know I can still clearly hear you, right?" Asked Elif with a vividly annoyed expression as he glared between Sarah and Suscila, prompting them to both awkwardly avert their gaze.
