And I decided to increase the amount of blood that I can absorb, so I started increasing my activity to increase my need of blood.
I start push up and doing squats and punching the wall and when I reach my limits, I returned to absorbing the blood and after using my blood ability to control the blood inside me to be consumed faster, I felt that my efforts doesn't go in vain.
After the months of repeating the same action time and time again.
I noticed that my absorbing has outpaced the healing of the monster and that encourages me to complete my training and like that a year has passed In the stomach of a sea king I was wearing a tarring clothes and have a long hair that was unkept and a haze looks appeared in my eyes.

I looked at my skills, and I was actually not impressed, there's improvement but not as much as I liked, blood control didn't give me the power to control the blood of other but increase my control over my blood and after all this training my physical strength is like Luffy after he left the village to go to the sea, I liked Luffy when, he was in the show but in the real world, I knew how unfair for someone as stupid as Luffy and without any training to become thus strong.
I decided to try my new absorbing skill and began to suck the blood of the sea king and I felt like I was going to explode the amount of blood that I was absorbing was huge and all the remaining blood enter my body and so, I used the control skill to compress the blood inside my body to higher quality, I didn't know how I did it, but I did maybe it's a vampire thing.
After I finish I feel refreshed like never before.
