The Vizero Crime Syndicate, or more publicly known as the Vizero Clan, are a large, influential family in Cahgo. They basically run the underworld, both Eland and Finn have strong connections to them.
I suppose that's stating the obvious with the former, since Eland literally lives in their basement. And since Finn is his protégé, it makes sense that he's affiliated with them too.
