As they walked back in, Kosta knew that the burden of the present was only just starting. The Lycan prince was hell-bent on vengeance and while it had always been the goal for him, Kosta couldn't help but think that there was more to this.
Perhaps it was in the way that Tamiko didn't even seem bothered by the changes around him. It had been weeks since Tamiko had talked about his vengeance in Grealor.
Anyone would think that he had forgotten about the place that had taken everything from him but Kosta could see a storm coming. This was the one storm that even he wouldn't be able to find a way through.
It was the worst storm yet and honestly, it was a scary one. There was no other way out of this.
