After Year 53, Year 54 arrived, and few things changed; the small and occasional skirmishes that happened became more common and deadly during the 54th year, and tensions between Ninja Village increased.
- Iwagakure
Having already seen the decline of the peace period Arano/the Second Tsuchikage decided to start a large remilitarization of the Land of Earth nation .
While it was a very clever move to start the remilitarization of his nation it didn't come without problem , war preparation cost huge amount of money , and guess what the Tsuchikage lack of , yes money.
The Tsuchikage and his allies had to use all their influence and power to gather the needed money , 20.000.000.000 Ryo it was the amount they got , of course it was a loan coming directly from the Daimyo and other rich people living inside the Land of Earth , of course the majority of the money comes from the Daimyo.
So as for now Iwa had all the needed money to continue their suspicious secret "project's" and could also afford having a large ninja army to fight incase of war , even thought the remilitarization of the country will take some time.
The plan was simple , amass the maximum amount of capable shinobi before it's to late.
-Konoha
The third Hokage was not happy not one little bit , when he had to start some precaution measure incase something happens that could shatter the peace created between the element nations .
Hiruzen didn't want to expand their number of active ninja , yes their was a few skirmish's on their border but it was fine , it will surely calm down soon enough.
Sadly his advisors didn't see it this way , and had practically forced him to make some precaution measure.
Even thought skirmishes happening all around the ninja world didn't reassure the Hokage their was still good news , Sunagakure had accepted their proposal for an alliance , just as the Hokage planned the treaty was very advantageous for Suna , so they had no reason to deny.
And one more day ended in the life of Hiruzen , a productive day , the Hokage was sure of it .

During this Year everything became clearer for every leaders of ninja Village , well apart for one.
The idea to attack the land of Whirlpools became wide known for all Village , their was so much to gain , this idea was discussed amount many Village leadership , but attacking alone would be counter productive , the Uzumaki clan is a powerful clan.
Many hidden Villages were scared of going against the Uzumaki , why?
It was very simple the Uzumaki had manage to establish , a nation ruled by only one clan , not even the Great Hidden Ninja Village could accomplish such fit.
That's why the idea of forming a temporary coalition against the uzumaki began to circulate between the higher hierarchy of each ninja Village.
The one who is the most happy about it is the Third Mizukage , his hard work to manipulate all ninja village into forming a coalition against the uzumaki began to pay off , just a few more months and everything should be ready for the war against the uzumaki clan .
He had already sent letters to all Village Leader about forming a coalition
( of course Konoha didn't get one , they have an old alliance with the uzumaki )
He already got some positive response from certain village , and it was only a matter of time before the others accept.
Yes in just a few month the Land of Whirlpools will crumble under the united force of practically all ninja Village.
- Kumogakure
The Third Raikage is in deep thought about the incoming event , his Village is well prepared for all incoming future events , but the amount of ninja that will lose their life will surely be high , unfortunately he couldn't do much to lower the amount of dead , the only thing he could was guaranteeing the well being of the Village , as this was his priority , the Village is always first , then comes the sentiment .
-Sunagakure
The Third Kazekage didn't had any choise he had to accept the advantageous treaty proposed by Konoha , even if some Suna ninja didn't like it , it didn't matter their Village is in a bad situation , the powerful Iwa and Kumo only waited for an opportunity to attack.
But the Kazekage was happy the treaty was signed in the 54 Year and now is the 55 Year , and the Village finally got rid of the famine thanks to the trade agreement between Suna and Konoha.
Time , it is what the Kazekage needed the most , and unfortunately for him he has a few month at best to prepare his Village for what is coming.
The coalition will soon enough attack The Land of Whirlpools , and even if Konoha decide to stand for the Uzumaki , it will not be enough to stop the coalition .
Personally i think that Konoha will not move a finger to help the Uzumaki , if they do they will have to fight a war against all ninja Village , the Third Hokage will never take such risk.
- Iwagakure
Everything is going well for Iwa as for now , just one small problem , The Head researcher that had to create a liquid for the Tsuchikage that was supposed to make him stronger , still didn't arrive , the Head researcher excuse was that he still needed to make a few changes on it , but two year delay was not something the Tsuchikage expected , the amount of money they had put into this project was astonishing , while their were still other projects , each day delayed is costing a fortune for the Hidden Village of Iwa.
But the Tsuchikage didn't have any alternate solution in hand , so he just had to wait , while sending to the Head researcher the fund needed to continue the project .
He also tasked some men to create a few more hidden facility , they will surely come in hand at some time.
