Chapter 28 - Chapter 428: Experiment complete

The manufacture of the core required coordination with the computer and various other equipment. Fang Yan connected the purchased notebook and all the other devices. He designated the garden as his temporary laboratory and concentrated on his research.

Soon, Fang Yan successfully produced the core of the first microrobot. Skillfully disassembling the mold, he expertly installed the core components. After completing the assembly, Fang Yan had Jarvis scan and verify the construction. Any issues were quickly rectified. Thanks to his deep technological knowledge, Fang Yan didn't make any elementary mistakes, ensuring a flawless fit for each micro-robot.

In this manner, Fang Yan created around 20 micro-robots. He then shifted his focus towards crafting the mind controller to govern these micro-robots. The production process of the mind controller was relatively straightforward. With his grasp of the technical intricacies, Fang Yan could effortlessly create a simple mind controller ring in under ten minutes.

"Come here!" Fang Yan beckoned. Placing the mind controller on his head, he summoned 20 micro-robots without uttering a word. They quickly congregated, forming a bracelet of micro-robots around his wrist.

Amused by his own prowess, Fang Yan chuckled, "Even I have to admire my ingenuity! Jarvis, did you record the entire process? Analyze my production steps, replicate my actions, and continue creating new micro-robots!"

"Certainly, sir," Jarvis promptly responded. The micro-robots immediately responded to his instructions, dashing away to replicate themselves. Their synchronized efforts demonstrated the collective power of these small but capable machines.

"Now that the micro-robot situation is handled, it's time to focus on my Pym particle project," Fang Yan declared as he stretched his body. His gaze turned towards a collection of experimental equipment prepared for his pursuit of Pym particles.

Without delay, Fang Yan activated another experimental station, transferring all the necessary equipment to his new setup. As he worked, he contemplated how Dr. Pym would react if he witnessed Fang Yan's relatively straightforward approach to creating Pym particles.

Creating Pym particles was an immensely intricate process. Traditional experimentation necessitated a complete laboratory setup for data measurement and analysis. Even the most accomplished contemporary scientists couldn't recreate the particles without access to specialized equipment.

Fang Yan, however, was an exception. Armed with a deep understanding of the Pym particle's fundamental principles and structure, he possessed the necessary knowledge to create them with ease. His mastery allowed him to sidestep traditional laboratory requirements, using his existing equipment to generate the particles.

"I wonder what the world looks like from a smaller perspective?" Fang Yan mused. His reflections were tinged with a sense of nostalgia for the sensory experiences he had lost upon relinquishing his role as the Master of the Universe.

"Let's find out. Time to experience life as an Ant-Man!" With determination in his eyes, Fang Yan delved into the creation of Pym particles.

Crafting Pym particles boiled down to manipulating the strength and density of atoms, enabling changes in size. The simplicity of the concept belied the challenges of execution. Were Fang Yan not intimately familiar with the process, he might have encountered numerous obstacles.

...

Days turned into a week as Fang Yan remained engrossed in his research, barely leaving his villa's garden. He poured himself into the Pym particle studies, periodically extracting and refining materials using the specialized equipment he had acquired.

Among his numerous tasks, formula synthesis consumed the most time. The formula served as the linchpin of Pym particle research. While the first stage, altering the size of inanimate objects, was relatively attainable, the second stage, resizing living beings, proved to be a formidable challenge.

Fang Yan, despite his extensive knowledge and understanding, approached every step with meticulous care to ensure the utmost precision. His dedication was unwavering, even as he balanced his routine with meals and personal care.

Gratefully, Fang Yan's choice of a secluded villa by the lake provided him with the necessary solitude. He could focus on his work while occasionally enjoying moments of respite by the tranquil waters.

Jarvis tirelessly assisted Fang Yan, continuously manufacturing micro-robots as per his instructions. These micro-robots now accumulated near the experimental table, forming an imposing black cube, roughly ten cubic meters in size.

A deep sigh escaped Fang Yan's lips as he stood, his eyes gleaming with accomplishment. "Sir, has your experiment concluded?" Jarvis inquired.

"In theory, yes, but I need to conduct testing to be certain," Fang Yan responded.

"Jarvis, fetch me a fish from the river," Fang Yan requested. In an instant, the black cube transformed into a torrent, rushing towards the lake. Moments later, it returned, encasing a struggling fish within a grid-like cubic structure.

With this successful test, Fang Yan's experiment drew closer to its conclusion.
