Starting from the Green Luo Guard in Longzuo County of Da Qian, passing through Non-Frozen Port, and traversing thousands of miles across the southern Non-Freezing Ocean of the North Ice Wasteland, one can reach the Extreme North County in the northern region of Da Zhou.
Compared to other routes, this route is considered the safest way to reach Beizhou. Although one must cross the North Ice Wasteland and encounter scattered ice floes along the way, it avoids the unpredictable risks associated with directly crossing the vast ocean, such as hurricanes, sea beasts, whirlpools, and sea fog.
Though barren and desolate, the North Ice Wasteland still has scattered settlements of humans and barbarians that can provide supplies and serve as economic havens.
