"She must still be alive!" Mrs. Smith caught Commander Smith's words and said firmly, "A mother's heart is linked to her daughter's, I can feel that my daughter is still alive!"
"Can I be of any help?" Jasper Bollock asked.
He probably understood the purpose of why the two had come to the Bollock Family to find him.
Mrs. Smith carefully took out a yellowed photograph from her handbag.
Holding the photograph in both hands as though it was a rare treasure, she gently handed it over to Jasper Bollock.
"This is a photograph of my daughter when she was a child, it's the only one I have of her."
To show respect, Jasper Bollock took the photograph with both hands.
