Watching their reactions, Flossie Wright felt utterly at ease.
She moved her wrist and swept a cold glance around without much care.
The others gradually stopped.
The initiative in this confrontation still lay in Flossie Wright's hands.
"With so many of us here, pick anyone you like!" someone in the crowd said with schadenfreude, "Just don't choose those ranked at the bottom, or it won't look good for you."
She slowly glanced at the speaker, who was silenced by a strong chill.
Flossie Wright raised her eyebrows.
"Anyone who finished within four minutes, step forward."
Speaking lazily, Flossie's voice was cool but filled with arrogance.
It wasn't that she was intentionally provoking them, but the problem Dallion Collins raised did indeed give her a headache.
If she picked the lower-ranked, they weren't worth her attention; yet if she picked the better ones, they would say she was showing off.
So she decided she might as well go all the way.
