Madam Moreland was discharged from the hospital.
That same afternoon, Amelia Clarke went for a prenatal checkup.
Dr. White and Dr. Will performed a B-ultrasound on Amelia. After completing it, they both breathed a sigh of relief and congratulated them, "Congratulations, Mrs. Moreland, Mr. Moreland, all three fetuses are currently fine. The fetus that previously had no heartbeat now has one, Mrs. Moreland, Mr. Moreland, you can relax for now."
Amelia relaxed her tense nerves and smiled, "Thank you, Dr. White, Dr. Will."
Dr. White and Dr. Will also smiled, "No need to mention it, Mrs. Moreland."
Owen slid past the curtain and helped Amelia clean her belly.
As they left the Ultrasound Room, Amelia hugged Owen's waist and looked up smiling at him, "I knew the babies would be fine, it's just that the third one is a bit lazy, growing slowly."
Owen wrapped his arms around Amelia's waist and hummed softly, his voice calm but containing joy difficult for others to detect.
