Under the night sky, Central Park was forest-like with its dark green haze, covering Manhattan's face like a black veil. Countless bullets flew by, resembling the flickering light of fireflies in a gentle fire!
The park was awakening, the flames from the explosions igniting it, reaching their zenith with Dong Zixuan's attack.
The hot lava bubbled and overflowed, creeping and spreading, melting more soil, turning everything a fiery red. From the sky above, it looked like the park had grown a huge scar.
Half of the bodies of two mutated beasts were immersed in the lava, charred by the burning. Because of the weak night wind, the putrid smell mixed with black smoke lingered, shrouding the park overhead.
The mutated beasts screamed, trying repeatedly to crawl out, but they were suppressed back by the Conquerors with a barrage of attacks, tearing their flesh apart.
