Ocean of battle ready armies filled the sight as far as the eyes could see. Their kinds and types vary, from the genetically engineered artificial humans and the tyranids strain devoured by the Getter Emperor from the previous universe, to the Emperor's most favored mechanical lifeforms.
High above, blotting the sky, aerial combatants as small as a mosquito to the utterly gigantic planet sized battle stations hovered in orderly manner, waiting to rain down hell upon their Emperor's adversaries.
On the land, formations upon formations of artificial human infantry regiments and tactical mechanical vehicles stood alongside hordes of tyranids. Spearheaded by each group's heaviest units, the MA Class Gundams towering over hundreds of meters wielding an even larger energy shield and the enhanced Tyranids Bio Titans standing nearly the same size, they were fully prepared to trample all that stood in their Emperor's way.
And as for their Emperor himself, his seemingly insignificant human form compared to the endless tide of his armies stood in front of them all on the sky, overseeing his and his beloved system maid's joint creations with pride.
The ground armies themselves would be enough to bring despair to most civilizations when this army set their feet upon their prey's homeplanet. And when combined with the outrageous air superiority, victory would be almost guaranteed.
"As expected, this is an overkill through and through if the world we are going to invade is just like how you described it dear…"
Beside him, his dearest second in command, the Ice Empress clad in a neat and proper white officer suit commented as she pinched the bridge of her nose.
Civilization on a similar level with her husband's former homeworld, 21st century earth, would absolutely stand no chance against this army.
Hell, she even predicted that world domination is already possible using the light infantry regiments only, let alone their high end units!
"Is it? But we really don't know what kind of settings are mixed up in the Zongman, no? Powerful and odd supernatural forces might be able to hold them off"
Her husband blinked innocently, refuting her with seemingly valid reasons.
Yet she knew that those were just empty words because she had already seen the parameters and test results of each and every single one of his units.
Indeed, even the entry grade of his mass produced human infantry has better physical capabilities than Bulat, the physically strongest deceased Night Raid Members…
Not to mention that all of his armies, including the mosquito sized combat drones are capable of utilizing the reality altering Anti Spiral Energy and her dearest husband's all devouring Getter Rays to a certain degree…
"Hold them off? More like giving them a minor inconvenience just like a slightly bigger pebble on the street."
He must be joking, a bad one to boot…
Because what kind of supernatural entities could hold them off? The Supreme Beings or The World's Will which were probably as powerful as her husband?
And when a threat of that level appears, aren't they completely useless in a fight of his caliber?
Too overwhelming for lower level combat which obviously would take the joy out of commanding them, yet too insignificant in the high end battles….
Pointless, truly pointless, she bet that the creation of this army is just fulfilling another one of his "man's romance"!
"So what? Having an invincible army is a man's romance!"
See? he fucking said it with such a dumb face right after she just thought of it!
But well…
"Haah, good grief~"
Chuu~
He is so irresistibly cute when acting childish like this that her body couldn't help but go on autopilot and somehow landed a kiss on those lips.
What? That was totally a natural reaction, this adorable world devourer of hers was the one to blame!
"Uhh, thank you. But why tho?" Still surprised after the sudden attack was finished, Ryoma scratched his cheek in confusion.
He didn't remember saying or doing something that would lead to this.
And didn't she seem like she was quite irritated just a few seconds ago? So how come it ended up with a kiss?
Woman is truly a bizarre creature… Not that he was complaining.
"Because you are cute~"
"I'm not!"
"That denial just made you more adorable~"
[Three minutes left before we reach our destination. Passengers, please stop flirting and prepare for landing.]
As the time of arrival to the new world was near, the silently lurking System Maid finally showed herself.
"Oh welcome back Theresa! How was your day off?"
"Tch! The floating wall of texts is finally here…"
[It was quite a horrible experience to say the least. I must maintain the working orders of everything from behind the scenes while my beloved Master was getting awfully lovey dovey with this block of ice, oh the world is truly unfair for your kind maid!]
Ignoring the unnecessary figure beside her Master, Theresa complained pitifully.
These three days off truly felt like hell after all as she couldn't take her beloved Master's attention off the psychotic iceberg.
"Ohh that was rough…." Ryoma replied with an equally somber expression, yet on the inside he was snickering.
Did his maid forget that she brought this upon herself after saying that he shouldn't contact her until the arrival time is near? Then serves her right!
[Ara? I'm detecting a rude line of thought but it's not from the block of ice, how odd~]
"Hmmm and that shouldn't come from me too, how strange indeed…"
He lied as naturally as he breathed….
That blame couldn't fall on him as long as he didn't admit it!
[Fufufu~ If my Master said so~]
Nope, still not safe at all. This scheming maid of his was still trying to make him do more blunders for her to exploit!
[Anyway, if you are still going to choose the relatively peaceful developments for the New World, I suggest only deploying two human sized personnels at most]
Unexpectedly, Theresa immediately switched back to her business-like tone after her earlier teasing manner and explained what she had discovered.
"Let me guess, is it because fitting all of them while maintaining a low profile approach would be impossible?"
[Bingo! Our landing spot is only the size of a typical asian room which is already uncomfortable for a taller humanoids like you and this block of ice, let alone these world blotting armies]
It was very obvious. Descending to a new world while bringing these over the top invasion troops is nothing short of a declaration of war. While both Ryoma and Esdeath aren't afraid of it in the slightest, it would surely ruin their vacation and date plans.
"Sigh, okay. These guys can stay inside The Emperor until I need them" so without further ado, Ryoma stored the multiple universe sized Getter Emperor back into the System Hangar and what greeted him was a swiftly changing kaleidoscopic scenery of the World Travel channel.
Countless worlds passing by, each with their own unique traits nearly impossible to be seen in the others.
Some remain peaceful, either continuing in stagnation or developing without any apocalyptic threats. While the unfortunate ones were caught in an endless strive, both meaningless which would lead to the world's demise or fruitful ones that would jumpstart the world.
A miraculous sight indeed, but it was too bad that while he was in this world travelling state, he couldn't snack on those worlds for some quick power ups.
[Master, we have finally arrived!]
After the short three minutes had passed, the swiftly interchanging kaleidoscopic scenery finally came to a halt as a wooden sliding door appeared in front of the two friendly visitors.
"Now then, hello world!"
But will these two remain peaceful until the time they depart from this world?
Well. Hell might become a paradise first before that happens….

A beautiful family, one the girl always wishes for…
"Why are you such a bad girl? Why can't you do what I tell you to do?"
How did everything turn for the worst?
Her once caring mom, endlessly showering her with love in the beginning…
Why was she gazing at her with eyes full of hate?
Why did she torture her whenever she made mistakes no matter how small it is?
Why? Was it because her papa showed his face home less and less?
Was it her fault that her dad rarely returned home?
Or was her mom and dad no longer loved her like they always do?
"I'm…. sorry…. mama…."
The caged little girl couldn't understand those complex problems yet, hence an apology with tears streaming down her pale malnourished face was the only thing she could say to her abusive mother.
"Why can't you understand my pain?"
"I'm…. sorry….."
And apologised she did…
"Why won't you try to help me?"
"I'm sorry…."
Again, again, and again…
Her mother's pain, she would absolutely help her if her mother told her what it was. Unfortunately, her mother never talked about it and abused her for that unknown pain instead.
Maybe she was the cause of all the pain and suffering of her mother all along?
"You hate me, don't you?"
No, she didn't…
"You despise me, don't you?"
No, she could never…
"No… Mama… I would never…."
Indeed, even after enduring her mom's abuse this long, she would never be able to hate her for she alongside her dad were the one who gave her the warmth of a family, a home to return to.
"Yes you do!"
"You talk back to me, try to make me suffer!"
Nevertheless, the little girl's powerless voice fell into deaf ears as her mother continued to rain down insults upon the child's pure affection.
A betrayal that tore apart her fragile heart to pieces.
"Neither he or you need me..."
Wrong, the little girl still needs her…
"This isn't my home… "
Wrong, this is and will always be her mother's home…
"I'm not welcome here…"
Wrong, even when her dad rarely comes home, the little girl will always be here by her mother's side…
"Mama… Mama…"
But those words she had thought of to soothe her mother's anger failed to see the light as the anguish she felt from getting her heart shattered by one of her most loved person was too much for the little girl to bear.
"You won't forgive me right?"
No, the little girl had already forgiven her mother for all the suffering she caused…
"I'm sorry… I'm sorry for being a bad mother…"
So there was no need for her mother to apologize to begin with, and she was in no way a bad mother. In fact, she was the best mother the little girl could ask for despite her flaws and acts.
"Good bye… Good Bye, Yuno…"
"Wait… Mama…."
Alas, the little girl couldn't do anything from behind the metal cage but watch her mother leaving while closing the door of the room she was still in after she said her parting words.
A meager distance, yet the little girl felt like she had been separated worlds away with her mother at this moment…
====================================
"Mama….. I'm sorry….."
How long had it been?
"Please come back…."
Behind the accursed cage inside the room that is almost devoid of light….
How much longer did the little girl need to beg?
"Please… I promise that I will be a good girl…"
Her voice was almost gone, her tears had long been dried up…
How long must she beg until her mama returns?
*Growl…..
"Uuuu….. Hungry…." clutching her stomach which had been grumbling incessantly since god knows when, the little girl murmured in agony.
She is no stranger to this feeling, her mama had starved her like this for a few times before.
But how many days had it been since she last ate any food to make this hunger so unbearable for her to endure?
As for her thirst, it had somehow been sated albeit disgustingly because she didn't have anything to drink except her own pee…
"Please…."
Nevertheless, the little girl begging was relentless as a tiny spark of hope still existed inside her already broken heart.
A hope that her mother would come back…
A hope that her family would return to what it was before…
"Save me…."
And a hope that her saviour would come…
"Well, no wonder you said that our landing spot wouldn't fit the Getter Emperor…."
Alas, after an unknown period of time, her prayer was finally answered…
"Hm? How could this be? What kind of sick bastard left a child to rot in a place like this?!"
Not her father and definitely not her abusive mother…
But a saviour….
"Who….?"
Still, was it truly her saviour? As the little girl could only see a pair of emerald eyes shining menacingly inside the darkness from the direction of the voice.
Rather than saviour, those eyes seemed like they belonged to a grim reaper instead…
"It's alright child, there is nothing to be afraid off"
As if sensing the little girl's fear, the owner of the ominous eyes turned soft, his deep and melodious voice calmed the storm raging inside the girl's broken heart.
CRACK!
But the surprise didn't end just yet as the metal cage, the seemingly indestructible prison used by her mother to torment the little girl, was suddenly torn apart like a piece of tofu by a white gloved hand, returning freedom into her own hands.
"So what's your name, little one?" the pair of eyes then asked gently, offering the little girl his hand to help her get out of her cage.
And as it turned out, the owner of the shining eyes wasn't a grim reaper coming to bring her to the afterlife.
Right, what kind of grim reaper looks like the handsome onii-san she could only see from TV shows in the first place?
"Yu… no….." weakly reached out to the man's hand, Yuno answered his question with a hoarse almost inaudible voice.
Although strangely, her surname, Gasai, couldn't escape her dried lips.
Maybe deep inside her shattered heart, she no longer wanted to be a part of this family after everything her adoptive parents had done to her with her own mother's betrayal as the nail in the coffin…
"Yuno huh? That's a good name" softly grasping the small hand yearning for salvation, the man praised then asked her once again. "Then Yuno, do you want to join my family?"
A question that answered her prayer once again although not in the way she wanted it to be.
Not her former family returning to what it was before, but a new one welcoming her into their warmth.
"I..."
But the mysterious saviour kind gesture, should she take it?
Wouldn't it be the same as betraying her mom and dad?
'Ah….. Mama and Papa have left me already, right?'
Although it shouldn't count as betrayal if her former parents had abandoned her, no?
Then what about her fear about being tormented and abandoned once more by this man whom she just met for the first time in her life?
That obviously exists, she was once betrayed and abused by her foster parents after all which left scars that wouldn't mend for years to come.
Yet strangely enough, deep inside her heart, she wanted to give her trust one last time to this mysterious man.
It was as if a kindred soul, a broken existence just like her or someone who has suffered worse, is inviting her into a home where those of her kind could finally find solace.
"Yes..."
So accepted Yuno did, even when this man might betray her like her former parents did in the future, she had nothing left to lose except her worthless life.
"Hahaha well then, You are now my first daughter!"
And thus, the forsaken little girl finally found a new home, a place where she truly belongs to.
"Yuno Nagare!"
But at this moment, she had no way of knowing that her new father, as kind and caring as he would be towards his family…
To countless others, he is something much worse than The Grim Reaper itself.
=======================================================================
Meanwhile, In the Cathedral of Causality, the home of the God of Space-time and causality, Deus Ex-Machina, a grand palace that holds countless possibilities of events caused by the unraveling of space-time….
"Hmm? How could this be?!"
This transcendental palace was now facing the greatest calamity since its birth in time immemorial.
Its seemingly invincible walls that not even the gods from other worlds could put a scratch on were showing cracks, as if it could shatter at any moment.
The purple marble ceiling that separated it from another transcendental place above, the Library of Akasha which stores information of anything and everything in existence or will exist too was showing the same degree of damage to the walls.
And all of these were caused by a single event….
"Almost half of the pre-recorded chain of causality is gone as if they're never there to begin with!"
Indeed, as the owner of this Cathedral said himself in his most perplexed state as he stared into the countless screens showing the branches of events, nearly half of everything, both that had already happened and those that would unfold in the future were erased.
But the worst was not knowing that something is gone, it is knowing that it's gone but don't know what it is. Even Deus' beyond supernatural memory itself couldn't remember it as if It never existed in the first place!
"Hahahahahaha, truly fascinating! Never would I expect something even more fun than the assaults of those puny otherworld deities to happen!"
Yet facing the worst calamity of his Domain, the God of Space and Time laughed, the most boisterous one since the time he single handedly banished invading gods from other worlds because finally he would have a truly exciting entertainment in his long and boring life managing the flow of events for this Universe!
But unfortunately…
"Sigh, I might need to leave this matter to my successor instead as this much damage to the cathedral will make me spend most of my dying origin so that those bunch of worms won't invade this world before my successor is crowned."
Deus didn't have much time left as he needed to burn most of what was left of him to repair the Cathedral of Causality so that the stability of the universe would remain as usual and to not leave a gap for the otherworld gods to exploit.
"Waaaaahh everything is collapsing! Deus, do something quick or the world is going to be destroyed!"
What a timing, his tiny annoying servant Murmur had finally come to her senses after flying everywhere in panic while trying to patch the broken walls and ceiling.
But well, this small bundle of joy shenanigans are as funny as usual, one of the few things that make his long boring life slightly more colorful.
"Haaaah, don't panic. This is still manageable"
"Tell Baccus to accelerate the development of the tools for the survival game. We cannot waste any more time!"
Thus, without him knowing, Ryoma's rare act of kindness as he entered this reality had just alerted its Supreme Guardian.
"Now unseen anomaly, I hope you can entertain me more than this!"
And a storm was brewing from beneath the calm flow.
