Snowball sat on the ground watching her expectantly.
He had been sitting there for a bit now, just staring.
Intense.
Unwavering.
It was the saddest, most pitiful expression she had ever seen from a cat in her life. And she'd seen many a pathetic look from Snowball in particular before.
Isabelle struggled not to break her facade. To maintain her discipline, her sternness.
She had to be a strict mama sometimes!! Not just the spoiling one!

But she couldn't hold out much longer.

Too soft-hearted and gentle.
"W-what- why- what makes you think I would fall for that sad face!" She exclaimed, cheeks pink.
Snowball squeaked and rolled onto his back, pawing up at her pathetically.
He was playing her like a damn fiddle!
