One week later, Helin had fully recovered and was now the acting Shelter Manager after being offered by Zach while the latter continued to head out from time to time to hunt monsters together with his overpowered pets for them to level up as Zach was now already close to reaching level 50.
However, at this point in time, a group of twelve people could be found gathering around outside the shelter, and looking closely, Luka was among them. Looking closely, there could be found two innocent women with them holding hands together with their facial expressions showing some worry.
"There really is a shelter here and it's a silver class at that. Luka, aren't you already invited here? Get inside and talk to this Zach guy that you are talking back in the base." One of the men who's covered with tattoos said while looking at the shelter.
"Yes." Luka said immediately before heading inside the shelter, however, never would he think that he would be blocked by the Shelter Protective Shield. He tried forcing his way but it really won't let him in which only means that Zach must have done something.
"What's the matter, Luka? Don't tell me you can't go in?" Another man noticed Luka's sudden change of expression and he immediately guessed what was happening.
"Man. If you can't get in you might as well start calling him." Another man said while looking annoyed by the sudden circumstances.
"But will he really exchange them with the item Contract Pet Scroll and an Ultra Rare class item?" Another man suddenly asked. In fact, he really felt like it was a scam since who would want to exchange such precious items especially since the people in question weren't really related to him.
"It doesn't matter. It would only mean that we have spent our time for nothing but we won't leave without giving him a beating first. Also, these two women were quite beautiful, we might as well have fun with them while we get back." Another man said while smiling at the two innocent women with them.
"Enough with that. Luka, do what you need to do." Suddenly, a bulk man interrupted which immediately made everyone silent. He then just looked at the two women first before looking at the shelter inside thinking about something.
"Yes, Captain." Luka immediately replied before heading toward the closet corner of Zach's house for Zach to hear his voice. Also, he was quite curious as to who was the owner of the other house inside since he knew that it wasn't there the last time.
Meanwhile, inside the Shelter's Core, Helin could be found looking at the shelter's panel specifically at the shelter's map. She had long known about their arrival but she wouldn't let them in as she decided to wait for Zach and have him deal with them while she continued to monitor the place.
Time passed and it had already been an hour, Luka had already come back to his group and told them that Zach must have gone outside to hunt some monster. He then just told them that he might already be on his way back since the sky had started to dark.
The other men could only give him a scolding but they really couldn't blame him since what he said might probably be the case. With that, they then just set up a temporary camp since they were also tired of traveling from their shelter to here.
Night came and everyone was already at their limits but their worries and anger had lessened a bit after finally seeing Zach have come back and was now inside the shelter. They have also seen Diablo, one of the pets that he had, and they couldn't help but feel amazed as it was really possible to pet a beast.
On the other hand, Zach also felt their presence but he didn't go and greet them as he headed straight back to his house wanting to have Helin invite them in since Nikolai's family must have also with them as he could see two women among the group.
Not before long, Luka and the other people with him had finally been invited inside and everyone entered the shelter. Luka took the initiative to get ahead to greet Zach and introduce the people who were with him, especially the people that he told them to look for him.
"Luka, where are the others?" Zach asked even though he already knew the answer. He just wanted to see how Luka would respond and see whether he really betrayed them or was just forced to do it.
"Unfortunately, they were given a new mission by the higher ups and they couldn't come with me. But I have brought the people that you're looking for. Also, these are some of the people who followed us to secure their safety." Luka answered with a smile while presenting those who were with him.
"Is that so? That's a shame then." Zach replied and hearing his response was quite a disappointment. He then just walked passed him as he looked at the two women with them before using Appraisal Skills to see whether they were really Nikolai's Family.

"Your name is Zach, right? I'm Karev, the captain of this squad. Nice meeting you." The bulk man suddenly said as he introduced himself while moving closer to Zach. He just couldn't understand how a young man like him was able to claim a Shelter on his own. Though they have learned about his strength from what Luka told him, he just couldn't believe it immediately.
"Yeah. Thank you for bringing them to me." Zach then also greeted but his attention was still on the two women.
"Hello, I'm Zach. A friend of your father. Please head towards my house first. I will tell you everything you want to know." Zach said with a smile as he looked at the mother and daughter wanting them to get to safety first since who knows what will happen afterwards.
"O-Okay." Natasya replied and though she was doubting Zach's words, she still nodded and started heading towards the house together with her daughter. Also, she knew that something might happen so it would be better to stay away from them so they have better chances of escaping.
"Hold up. I thought you would exchange them for a Contract Pet Scroll and an Ultra Rare class item. You can't just have them without giving it to us first?" One of the men said after seeing their goods leaving their side without having the items that Zach had offered in return.
"That's right. I forgot about it. Here. Luka, take these and tell Ivan and the other that if they want their reward, have them come and look for me." Zach said before taking out a Contract Pet Scroll and a Chainmail Armor. After that, he then just left the place since the deal was done and also, he wanted to talk to Nikolai's family already.
"Zach. Ivan and the others entrusted to me the deliverance of their rewards on the deal. So." Luka, after seeing the two items, was very excited however, it was still not over. He then just looked at Zach with a smile since he also needs the items that would be given to Ivan and the rest.
"No. Let them come and I'll give it to them in person." Zach just shook his hand and thought that Luka really had a change of heart but he doesn't care about it. Also, he was done looking at the information of the people with him and all of them were not his match so there wasn't any need for concern.
"Boy, Ivan and the others also told us about it. We will deliver the items for them when we get back. So let us just have it." Karev said while looking at Zach's back with his brows frowning after thinking that this really wouldn't end well upon seeing him so adamant of having Ivan and his group to come here.
"I don't care. It's my items so I would be the one to decide. Just go back if you don't have anything else to do." Zach then just shook his head. If Helin doesn't warm him, he might have already given them the end of the deal but since he knows the truth, there's no way he would do it.
"This is getting annoying, Captain. Let me beat this greenhorn first." One of the men suddenly sprinted after seeing that Zach really doesn't have plans of giving to them so it's better to get it out from him through force since they really didn't come here with any good intentions in the beginning as it was already on their plan to empty Zach's inventory to whatever items he had.
Meanwhile, Zach could only sigh about it. In fact, he already given them the chance to retreat and end this meeting without shedding any blood but it looks like they really wanted to send themselves to death. Hence , he then just took out a Vicious Dagger on his hand as he waited for the man to get closer.
"W-Wait." Suddenly, another man interrupted but it was already too late as he saw his companion used his ability 'Charge' which his movement speed suddenly burst out as he got closer to Zach but that wasn't he was worried about because not long after that, he saw the head of his companion fly towards another direction followed by his body that have fallen down to the ground.
"I already given you the chance to back off yet you're so adamant to pester me. Tell me. Are the items more important than your lives?" Zach coldly said while looking back at Karev and his men with the Vicious Dagger in his hand dripping with blood.
"S-Shit!!!" One man shouted which he immediately took all his weapon after waking up from what just happened.
"Everyone, prepare for battle!! Yvan. What did you see?" On the other hand, Karev immediately regain his composure as he ordered his men to get in position as a fight was now inevitable. He was just worried just how fast Zach killed one of his men so he immediately inquired Yvan, the person who tried to stop it.
"C-Captain. H-He's Level 49." Yvan said nervously with his eyes wide open as he couldn't believe what he just saw after using Appraisal Skill to him. He was just actually curious about it and was not planning on using it since it would cost him some Spirit but he started feeling something was not right specifically the way Zach was acting and so he used it.
"4-49! Are you sure, Yvan?" One of the men shouted while looking at Yvan after hearing what he said as it was too high even for them.
"Where's Luka?!!!" After hearing it, Karev immediately shouted in anger as he looked for Luka. They were told that Zach was strong, but they never thought that he was this strong since he specifically brought all his men so even if he was higher level than him, they could still fight.
"Fuck!! Luka, that bastard. He already left!!!!" One of the men shouted in response after seeing Luka was already running away.
"Luka!! Don't let me see you back in the base. I will fucking kill you!!" Another man shouted angrily.
"Who said that you would get out of this place? I will have you all as dinner for my pets." Zach coldly said while calling out Adam, Eve, Ursa, and Ursus. He was too tired to deal with them personally so he might as well just enjoy seeing them fighting in despair.
"Don't be scared!! He's only have a lever higher than us. We have the numbers. Also, these pets were only bronze class. Let's deal with them immediately before using our number to overwhelm Zach." Karev put his men back to composure after seeing that Zach had finally summon out his pet.
"C-Captain. Z-Zach's pets. I can't see their information." Yvan interrupted again as he already kneeled on the floor while looking at the beasts growling at them. There was only one reason which his Appraisal Skill wouldn't work and that is the thing he used it on was a class higher that his skill could appraised.
Hearing this, Karev and all his men's eyes were completely wide as they also understood what it meant. With that, their bodies then started shaking with sweats started forming on their backs and after seeing Zach's pets started heading towards them, all of them even forgot how to breathe.
Meanwhile, Zach looked at them coldly seeing them started begging for him to stopped as his pets started slowly eating a part of their bodies. He saw them cried while looking at him but he doesn't plan on stopping them since it is the decision that they have chosen . With that, he then just called on Diablo and have him get Luka back to the shelter while he started heading to his house.
