It was through the bizarre plants within Hell City that Qi Yue came to understand that this place was the core of the entire underworld, almost all mighty beings of Hell dwelled within this city's circle. Demon King Fort, however, was Satan's forbidden land, where no creature of Hell could enter without his summons. The name of this place, Hell Core Circle, vividly illustrated its status within Hell.
In the entire world of Hell, apart from the Hell Core Circle, the various clans of Hell were scattered in other areas, where the creatures had diverse habits, often waging wars among themselves, yet they all agreed to follow Satan's command. As long as the conflicts were not too intense, Satan rarely interfered. Only the mighty from among the clans could join Satan's ruling Burning Legion. It was the strongest military force in Hell.
