A ghost ship? And a distress letter?

Just as he was discussing the ghost ship with two Ghosts, Xi Ligui's call happened to be about this.
"Is it the same ghost ship you told me about a few days ago?"
"Yes! Last night a ship docked, and all the people on it went mad. We used a scroll on the captain to sober him up and asked about the situation," Xi Ligui paused briefly, then continued, "They encountered the ghost ship and were trapped in the fog for roughly half a month."
Wu Heng's eyes narrowed, "So, there really is a ghost ship in the Emerald Sea?"
Saying this, he took out the [Jade Sea Sand Table] from his Space Ring, carefully examining every location on the sand table for any sign of a ghost ship or strange vessel.
No sight of a ship resembling the ghost ship.
Or, could there be some Pirate Ship or other vessel, disguised as a ghost ship, plotting something?
