The morning after the discovery of John's body, the chief of the village was in meeting hall conversing about the situation with the members of the village. It was complete chaos with the members constantly shouting in hysteria fearing what happened to John could happen to them.
" Calm down everybody, I've already sent the news to the city they will surely send someone that can resolve this murder"spoke the Village Chief as he tried to calm the Council.
Yet it was to no avail, the villagers continued to shout at the Chief. Then a knock was heard from the Hall's door. The chief opened the door to reveal a man in his 40's, with a shaven chin and blue eyes.
" Greetings Chief of Coloe, I am Surda O'Brian of the Imperial Guards 4th Division. I was told that a murder has occured in this village" asked Surda.
" Y..ye..yes my lord" answered the nervous Village Chief .
" Hmm so lets go the location of the murder then shall we" said Surda. The Chief took him to John's home.
"Hmm the bones have saliva that emanate Koels, looks like a monster feasted on his skin and also tried to eat the bones but failed." revealed Surda after examining the remains of John.
" A monster!" exclaimed the chief in fright. He still remembered the Wild God calamity that occured 20 Years ago when his wife and children were eaten by those creatures.
" Looks like the monster is not far from here" revealed Surda as he suddenly ran out of the house to the forest.
" What the ! Wait ! don't go you will be killed as well!" shouted the Village Chief yet it was to no avail Surda had already gone inside the forest and there was no one stopping him.
