Chapter 70 - Until You Came Along

[KIYOMI]

This wasn't how her day was supposed to be.

Granted, she was already in fear of the Lycans coming for her, but that danger suddenly seemed like the better option even as Elif woke up, thanks to Otaru's magic that had held her right as she had fainted.

"I can ex… fuck, I can explain," Kiyomi tried and Sakira just giggled beneath her.

The woman was eating her cunt out like desert and all that Kiyomi could do was wait for her to be done, because otherwise, nothing would go on in this consultation room, not to mention the fact that Izanami was getting worse by the end.

It was a difficult situation, one that Kiyomi wished would end, but if only her Erasthai would let go and stop fingering her in front of everyone in the consultation room. This was already awkward, but slowly Kiyomi was learning to embrace the chaos.

"Why is she—" Elif sighed as she stared at Sakura, who wasn't budging.

"I told her to shut up and let me fix her mother, and she chose this as her way of shutting up," Kiyomi explained in defeat. No one in their right mind would ever want to be in her position right now, truly.

"Sakura, we have a patient to treat," Elif said.

"Yes, yes, you can speak this time… fuck," Kiyomi groaned out in pleasure.

"She won't die today, if that is what you think, Elif. By the way, nice office. Can I have access to the cameras too? Also, isn't that some sort of confidentiality breach by the hospital?" Sakura asked as she wetly kissed Kiyomi's cunt one last time before she stepped out from under her.

The Lycan queen was soaked in Kiyomi's juices. Her body was engulfed in Kiyomi's lavender scent, and it was agonizing yet pleasing to Sakura. Thankfully, the human couldn't smell shit, but damn was she shocked about all of this.

"My sister needs to finish with this patient, so she can get some sleep. She hasn't slept since the day you left, so fucking her right now isn't exactly the best way to get her to rest.

"And before you think of dragging your mother outside, she is a patient and must be fixed. If she isn't, Kiki will be summoned by the disciplinary team and who knows what kind of trouble she will be in with the humans if you screw up her favorite job?" Elif said.

She was staring at Sakura dead in the eyes as if that was supposed to tell the woman of the repercussions. It wasn't the prettiest, and it was awkward;

… Because one moment Sakura was smugly wearing his Erasthai's slick and cum on her face, and the next, she was seated on the chair next to Kiyomi, silently like she hadn't been the one dragging time with her antics.

This was the wildest this hospital room had ever been.

"Thank you," Otaru whispered to Elif, who just fist bumped him. It was interesting to see them like that – the last time they had seen each other, Elif had wanted to kick Otaru into all the directions of hell for showing up unannounced at her place.

"So, Izanami… I still don't understand why you came here. I am in a human hospital without anything that could heal you as a Lycan. A hospital has much better equipment for you and your daughter, too.

"I don't think this is something the human medicine will fix, I'm sorry," Kiyomi said earnestly. She wasn't being biased with the old woman; she knew that something had to have happened for Sakura to force Otaru into this.

It was a truth that no one wanted to explore, and Kiyomi couldn't help but wonder why they had gotten this far. They needed better remedies, which Odanera didn't have at any stage.

This was just a waste of time.

"Sakura said you are the best doctor she has ever set her eyes on in her entire life. She said if you can't fix me, she won't lift a finger to save my life," Izanami said, and Kiyomi looked at Sakura. She wasn't sure what this was about just yet.

Sakura was angry and now that she wasn't busy tongue-fucking Kiyomi, the rogue Lycan could see the rage on her Erasthai's face, and it was all directed towards Izanami. There was a silent ultimatum there and one Kiyomi considered asking.

However, as he stared at the high guards who had come along and their blood-stained clothes, Kiyomi couldn't help but feel that this was intentional. And it was then that her eyes met Otaru's, and Kiyomi knew what this was about.

Sakura needed a way to get out of Doiwa without having to explain shit to anyone. She needed a valid reason to step out, and her mother had shown up with defiance, hence, they were here.

All this time, it was all about Kiyomi, and the good doctor couldn't help but smile a bit.

"Great, you have also gone insane from staying around Sakura too much," Elif said as she noticed the smile on Kiki's face. It was small, and even better, it was filled with pride and mischief at the same time.

There was also relief, which was still confusing for Elif.

There was nothing about their current situation that screamed relief, and Kiyomi had to have known that too, right? This was a dangerous gamble. The woman who wanted her dead knew where she was and was right in front of her.

And yet even then, with that hate that Izanami had, no one would understand why the former queen was yet to lift a hand. Perhaps this was what life was assumed to be for the longest time. It wouldn't be easy, but it wasn't supposed to be this hard either.

"Saki…" Kiyomi began as he looked at her, Erasthai.

Sakura's rage disappeared in an instant from her face, as she turned to Kiyomi, the woman for whom she was more than ready to give up Doiwa, and Kiyomi already knew a little too well.

The Lycan queen didn't have anything to hide, just as she didn't care what the fuck the realm would look like if Izanami was dead. All Sakura cared about was the Lycan rogue who was seated beside her.

Kiki was all that she cared about, and maybe Kiki would use that advantage to help Izanami.

"What is it, petal?"

"Take away some of her pain, let her wounds begin to close momentarily, please," Kiyomi said, and Izanami almost choked on air as she turned her head fast to stare at the woman she had been so sure she would kill.

Of course, that wasn't something that had yet to leave Izanami's mind, but hearing Kiyomi plead to Sakura for her was messing with her. This wasn't how shit is supposed to go, and yet Kiyomi had begged for mercy for her.

It was so uncanny and honestly, it creeped Izanami out even more than the fact that Sakura was mated to the rogue Lycan who had been a target of Izanami through and through. Perhaps there would come a day when life wouldn't be as bad, right?

"You would plead with me, for her?" Sakura asked, clearly unamused.

"Only because I want to go home with you and finish what you started… unless you don't want to?" Kiki said and Sakura's eyes widened.

"You got it, Petal."
