Husky spoke earnestly: "The nationalities of the Wizards are not scattered at random. For instance, most Disability Wizards are basically in the Winter Duchy, and a great many of the destructive Wizards come from the United Kingdom.
"In such cases, where the overlap of countries and schools is extremely high, using nationality to determine 'bonds' can easily lead to imbalance. A slight issue with the numbers can make a certain school particularly strong, or some particularly weak. And our game is to be sold to all Wizards, so balance is very important."
At the very least, you can't blatantly say that some schools are noobs or something like that... Otherwise, it would be openly calling for war.
"But even if we don't use place of origin as attributes and bonds, for special circumstances like relatives, master and apprentice, lovers, comrades, and so on... We should make two sets of attributes, with the second set preferably crossing schools.
