As soon as Xu Feng and Carmen's hands touched the white portal, they didn't even get a system prompt requesting if they wanted to enter or not.
Instead, they were immediately pulled inside, and the two were being dazzled by a bunch of glitches and whatnot.
"Are we bugged out?" Carmen stood in place and gazed at their surroundings.
"Either that or the scenery is loading." Xu Feng said. He was pondering the situation and tried to remember if he had encountered such a situation before.
"Damn, we wouldn't be stuck here forever, right?" She pursed her lips, her eyes hovering at the timer.
Maybe, the only thing that reassured them slightly was that the timer was paused and didn't count down. However, if they were to continue to remain stuck in this glitch-like place, then she might just forcefully log out.
What was the difference between being stuck here and being in prison?
Nothing!
To make things even more dreadful, all her skills were locked.
