As Carmen summoned numerous voidlings far from the center of the battlefield, Xu Feng activated Dark Pact twice to summon two Abyssal Phantoms.
The taunt skill wouldn't work anymore, but that didn't mean they couldn't send anything to the front to distract the Slaughter Chainsaw.
Even though the Slaughter Chainsaw could ignore the summons, it was equivalent to being constantly pestered by mere pests. And in such a situation, one would usually choose to eliminate the pests first.
Unfortunately, Xu Feng was rather unlucky.
Almost as soon as he sent the Abyssal Phantoms forward, the Slaughter Chainsaw unleashed a Void Rejection Pulse.
With the pulse rejecting the Abyssal Phantoms, Xu Feng found himself to be silenced. Nevertheless, he wasn't dejected or anything as he simply commanded the Abyssal Phantoms to rush to the front again.
After all, the pulse didn't do damage, but merely pushed them away.
