The Combined-Fleet Longinus was merely the escort of the ones that stood at the very top of the United World Government, the Authority and the Dragon of Liberation.
Ten minutes later, Mercedes and Echidna stood before an empty and desolated square. It was where they would meet the rulers of the United World Government. Behind them were the Daemon Monarchs of the allied Typhon countries, and further at the rear were the Daemon Generals of Monstra. On the other hand, the guards enclosed the square, ensuring the security of their visitors.
