The world is ruled by the strong, that is an unspoken universal rule. In nature, where it's survival of the fittest, I guess that's obvious because weak get left behind or killed off by the strong. The weak coexist together and from among them the strongest ones dictate how they live.
This is even more evident amongst humans; "I guess you could say they're the best at demonstrating the struggle of a species plagued by weakness".
"They certainly provide entertaining amusement, don't you agree, Solomon?"
